Great Family Fun

Went with my wife and three children and had a wonderful time. We stayed two nights and between the water park and magiquest the kids were worn out every night. Aside from one semi-rude employee everyone was very nice. We’ll absolutely be going back. Went with my wife and three children and had a wonderful time. Erroneous Credit Card Charges

Do not stay here! Not only is it terrible expensive, but they add extra fees for everything. When I checked out they made 2 ADDITIONAL ERRONEOUS charges to my credit card. Spent 30 minutes on the phone and they would not help me. BE WARNED Do not stay here! Not only is it terrible expensive, but they add extra fees for everything. Surprised, though would be noisy with the water park and kids, but was fine

We were booked here on a 2 week antique motorcycle race, had never been to one of the Great Wolf's, read reviews thinking about taking the grand kids but reviews are usually not that good. I figured that we would not get much sleep with the water park being there and lots of kids running the hallways and making noise but it was quiet. Maybe because it was a Sunday night? Place show it's wear, could be refreshed, I suspect all the water on the quest from the waterpark is hard on things. Thye had carpet in the halls, would consider tile but may be slippery. Great wolf lodge

I made a reservation for Feb and was canceled due to covid. When they reopened they wouldn't honor my rate so we had to pay over 100 dollars more. Plus we got paw passes for the kids. My mom was paying because we could never afford 600 for one night. When we arrived the girl behind the counter said we can't check in until the balance was paid. I said my mom paid it, we only have food money. She said without the physical card there's no way to check in. She implied she was highest authority and I was both humiliated and crushed. My kids almost crying. I asked again if she was really the highest authority and she admitted her boss was in back who then covered the bill on the phone with my mom. Just wow. Way to ruin our stay. Then being upsaled on every little thing including $2 for sprinkles on ice cream that comes with the pass! There's a list of other minor complaints, like only 2 kid beds when I reserved the room for 3 kids. Bucket constantly stuck with annoying bell ringing.. Ridiculous and over priced. They are gouging their current customers to recoup covid losses. Arcade games increased from 4 credits a game to 13 or more!!!! That's almost $7 for less than a min of playtime! Splashing Good time in Traverse City

Good: Everything from the friendly fellow-park-goers to the amazing Chick-fil-a like staff (SUPER nice, and attentive). They somehow managed to make it warm enough in the water park area to keep waterlogged splashers comfy, as well as those parents who were just there to cheer on their kids. Really there is just too much to rave about, just go ahead see for yourselves. Bad: Our little one may have had a bit of separation anxiety due to the amount of fun we had.
