The Perfect Vacation

I really enjoyed my stay. We had a blast with the perfect mix of relaxation and enjoyment. Paris took the best care of our group and we had rooms in different areas of the resort. He was amazing. Cassell The entire staff was super accommodating and kind. The Spa was lovely and personal. The drinks were amazing and the jerk chicken was SO good. Will be coming back as soon as I can! Amazing experience -Tanille & Paris are the absolute best

I had such a amazing time celebrating my birthday at Zoetry hotel! Tanille was absolutely amazing from the time of arrival to departing. Tanille checked in everyday to make sure that everything was going smoothly and also assisted us with Finding activities everyone raved about how amazing Tanille was.. Paris was equally amazing and went out of his way to ensure that I had an amazing birthday. He equally took care of the rest of the guest in my party. The entire Zoetry Montego Bay staff was nothing short of amazing and I can’t wait to return for my next vacation Thanks, Tiffany A I had such a amazing time celebrating my birthday at Zoetry hotel! Birthday celebration

The staff and service was wonderful SO: Paris (butler) he was amazing. Only things I wish were better or different was the food! I wished for more authentic Caribbean food on premises and not feel forced to seek it outside. Also I didn’t like the vendors on site either I felt forced to buy their trinkets… The staff and service was wonderful SO: Paris (butler) he was amazing. Nice, but lacking in some areas (continued)

There are things on the web site that I understand have been eliminated or curtailed due to Covid, but it seems to me that the web site could easily be updated to indicate that things are different during this crisis. For instance, I didn’t learn until I arrived that the sunset boat ride to dinner at Secrets has been suspended. Nor did I know beforehand that the butler service in all room categories is no longer available. I’m Ok with that, but if I had been told these things at the time of booking (or even later), I could have adjusted my expectations. I can’t close this review without once again mentioning the outstanding, friendly, helpful staff. On our second night, we celebrated my wife’s birthday with a private dinner on the pier. It was fantastic! The food was great, but the service from Latiana made the evening special. Thank you. Tika, at Jerky Jo’s has been a pleasure, as has Barbara at the lobby bar. All of the other staff whose names I don’t know have been very open, friendly, and helpful. One last thing: our booking was supposed to include (according to the web site) complimentary access to Club Mobay at the airport. According to the front desk, that access will cost $34 each. Our UVC rep is looking into that now.) I wanted to love you Zoetry

Ok let's take a look at the Zoetry, this should have been a wonderful trip but alas, it was not as good as I was expecting. First of all we got there at 3pm (check-in time) exactly and when we checked in, the room was not ready so we went to eat and I was really disappointed in how the staff just looked at us while we wondered what to do next. The daily menu was not very exciting inn numbers but the food (curried seafood) actually tasted good even though the serving portion was for a baby. There were some premium drinks throughout so I won't complain too much about that. So generally food and drinks were good to great at times. The room: yes this was a very large spacious wonderfully laid-out room even though I really think that Zoetry can do a tub for every room like the other 5 stars. Generally the place was clean and very quiet amidst renovations going on. The pool was always clean but the beach is a HOT MESS. I have never been to a hotel and not go to the beach. There was absolutely no one in the water at any time because it sucked. it feels like mud instead of sand...Zoetry!! please address that !!
