Not terrible

We’ve been coming to Great Wolf for the past few years, and the service and general experience of the trip seems to lower each year we come. Two of the best slides were closed, both the Toilet Bowl and the Water Coaster. One of the jets was malfunctioning on the Water Coaster, and maintenance didn’t seem very intent on fixing the issue, since the coaster was down throughout the entirety of our trip. A kid threw up at the bottom of the Toilet Bowl, so that ride had to be closed. We figured it would only be closed for a couple hours, enough time for the staff to clean up the mess and dump some chemicals into the pool, but no. The Toilet Bowl was sectioned off the whole time we were there. Despite two rides being closed, at least the lines weren’t bad. Several of us got chlorine rashes due to the amount of chemicals in the pool, but luckily they didn’t last more than a day. I would definitely recommend eating off-site, as mediocre food isn’t worth the buffet prices. The rooms were generally fine, although noisy neighbors were a problem. At around 11 pm a group of kids began knocking on random doors and being loud and obnoxious in the hallway. Security was called and took forever to arrive, but the kids did end up getting in trouble and they were sent back to their room. Overall not a terrible trip. Definitely more enjoyable for younger kids since there weren’t many options for teens and older kids. Great stay

We had a great time at the resort. We had only one issue. There was just one waterslide attendant over three slides- all she did was stand in the middle of all three. My son waited until the light turned green and went. Then my husband got in his tube and waited until it turned green. Once my husband went I looked over the railing and saw that my son had fell out of his tube and the tube was stuck in the exit of the waterslide tube. The lifeguard in the water just stood there hand in the air blowing whistle. Don't know why she couldn't grab the tube out of the exit opening. My husband hit my son's tube and the life gaurd chewed him out and said " thank goodness no one was in tube" It was not my husband's fault.he got the green light and its not our responsibility to look over the railing before we go down. Why was she whistling? What does that do? Other then that we had a great time and will be back. We had a great time at the resort. We had only one issue. Wouldn't do it again

I typically don't pay too much attention to reviews of a property, especially if it is a well known property such as this one. I should have paid attention. The recent negative reviews are exactly what we experienced. Very fun for the kids

My 2 kids (8 and 4) loved Great Wolf. They had a lot of fun but it is super expensive. Just know going in you are going to be paying a whole lot more when you get there. The pizza is horrible. The buffet is just ok. The water park if fun but my kids of course loved the arcade and wasted so much money there. I’m sure we will visit again. I’d go on a weekday so it’s not so busy.
