$50 to cancel your reservation

They charge $50 if you want to cancel a reservation. Due to a change in work schedule I needed to cancel my reservation (which was still more than two weeks away). They said it’s in the fine print in the agreement that they charge $50 for cancellation. They have plenty of time to rent out their overpriced room to some other unsuspecting family they want to rip off. Their just making a cash grab. Change in schedule? $50. Sick child? $50. Dead grandma? Screw you, give us that $50. Don’t support businesses that do this. They charge $50 if you want to cancel a reservation. No Hot Tub and restaurant not worth it

The Great Wolf isn’t bad but just ok. First at this giant waterpark there is NO HOT TUB and the water at the waterpark is freezing! I have never been to a waterpark that doesn’t have at least an adult hot tub. Then the food is just ok. The waterpark food is pretty good. And the pizza is also but there sit down restaurant Barnwood is always busy with super long time(don’t know why) cause the food is not worth it. The kids menu is way better and has more options than the adult one. For the price of the food it’s not worth it. Leave the hotel and find a restaurant outside the place. That was a huge disappointment. You pay a lot of money and I mean a lot and they don’t have a decent sit down restaurant and no hot tub! Probably won’t come back just because of the hot tub. Highest rates ever and no staff.

I’ve been to this hotel several times, but my last two stays were super disappointing. I was told at check in that there would be no housekeeping services during my stay due to Covid 19. Keep in mind I’m paying $475 a night for a basic room. I understand it’s a difficult time in the labor market, however the rates should be adjusted for the limited amenities. On top of that, half the water park was shut down because of an issue with staffing. There is no staff, but they are charging the highest rates ever. The water park is the only reason we are staying here. Without the water park, it’s a $79 room. I’ve been to this hotel several times, but my last two stays were super disappointing. Family Work week

Buy combining Work with small children this is one of there favorite places, When Mom and Grandma are working. It is sad and I understand that these are hard times, But yet when You make a reservation 6 months in advance , You call two days before to confirm that , all is in place, And You text to let them know you are on your way and check in is all good for 3:00. It should not take until 6pm to have your room ready, Yes short staff but there has got to be team work. Little to no English speaking staff, , Cash less environment, NO refill machines working, unless you want carbonated water. Arcade only half machines are working and very pricey. This is the 3 time we asked and verified, Joining rooms, since this is a business trip combination, and Yet again didn't happen. I'm way over the OH I'M SORRY ABOUT THAT and walk away, crap. Horrible experience
