The quality of service from the staff and resort itself is truly something to experience. Situated near the Panorama Route, the resort obviously takes your breath away. Great vacation

Excellent location , best place to relax , close to all attractions on the area .. Rooms are good , staff are friendly, food was very good . Lots of wildlife around the lodge gives it a very unique experience. Enjoyed the stay to the fullest…….. Excellent location , best place to relax , close to all attractions on the area .. Quick Weekender

Decided to grab the opportunity for a quick weekender upon receiving a special via SMS. Was a good experience, although highly disappointed that the Game Drive option was not available due to the Ranger being ill, with no alternative, as that was a key reason for the visit. Crystal springs - not 4 star

The room was very dark and in need of a lot of repairs. The security gate only needed to be lifted to be unlocked. No fans or air conditioners in the room and it was exceptionally hot. We left early as it was not very enjoyable. I battle to walk stairs and most of the stairs around the site have no hand rails and if they do have they are very unstable. Best way to relax away from City life
