Фотографии не соответствуют действительности. На самом деле отелю уже требуется косметический ремонт. Номера довольно обшарпанные. На фотографии улучшенного номера изображен диван и даже спортивный тренажер в номере! На самом деле никакого дивана там нет. Тренажера, разумеется, тоже нет. Номер значительно меньше размером, чем может показаться по фотографиям. Конкретно наш номер ("улучшенный") к нашему приезду просто забыли убрать. Стояло полное ведро мусора, а в холодильнике оставались остатки чьей-то еды. Не хватало одного полотенца и в наличии оказался только один стакан. Мы попросили портье устранить эти недостатки. По возвращении в отель через 2 часа мы обнаружили, что ничего не сделано. Пришлось еще раз просить об уборке на рецепции и опять отправляться гулять. Во второй раз все было сделано. Из достоинств этого отеля: очень удачное месторасположение в downtown. Рядом находится остановка Metrorail (наземный трамвай), на котором удобно добираться в любую точку Хьюстона (дневной pass на все виды городского транспорта стоит всего 3 доллара). В лобби отеля всегда доступен кофе из автомата (вполне приличного по американским меркам качества), по утрам там же бесплатно можно получить фрукты. Неплохая цена, но отель нуждается в обновлении

Самый недорогой из приличных отелей даунтауна. Мебель немного старовата, ванная комната не самая удобная, но возможно это последствия того, что само здание очень старое. Не самая качественная уборка номера, да и в целом качеству сети отель не соответствует. Но цена перекрывает многие минусы. Самый недорогой из приличных отелей даунтауна. Прекрасный отель в сердце города

Мы очень довольны, что остановились в этом отеле- "Club Quarters Hotel". Чистая и уютная комната, все для удобства гостей. Хорошая кухня в на первом этаже отеля, есть фитнес, прачечная и кофе-автомат. Отличное распложение отеля. Мы очень довольны, что остановились в этом отеле- "Club Quarters Hotel". Отель сам по себе неплохой, в самом центре, в пешей доступности трамвай и авт. остановка в аэропорт. Мебель стоило бы обновить. И помыть окна. Центр Даунтауна

Хороший, чистый и аккуратный отель, внизу можно постирать вещи бесплатно :) Вода, M&Mб крекеры для проживающих, есть небольшой спортивный зал. Не смотря на то, что отель не большой и не сказать что новый, впечатление очень хорошее, все вокруг сделано специально для гостей. Кстати недалеко - стадион, можно зайти вечером на бейсбол :) Хороший, чистый и аккуратный отель, внизу можно постирать вещи бесплатно :) Вода, M&Mб крекеры для проживающих, есть небольшой спортивный зал. Excellent stay in a very hospitable and friendly hotel!

As a wheelchair user with a physical handicap, I visited Houston and Club Quarters Hotel with my mother (a senior), our stay was surprisingly welcome and friendly- we were helped even at times we least expected it (Soviet time in Estonia made sure that nothing should EVER be expected). We really recommend the hotel with our warmest feelings! It’s located in the very central Houston and the medical center is accessible by metro super comfortably and very cheaply (our visit was of medical reasons). The hotel staff id so helpful and friendly in every matter that comes in the tourist’s way. We’ll book the same hotel for any further visits in Houston. First and last stay in this flophouse!

What a flophouse! I had to stay there for two nights. The room was very sparsely furnished and equipped. Right after I entered the room, I could see some ugly stains on the carpet next to the desk. The bed was so uncomfortable that I had a pain in my back every morning. There was not even a hairdryer in the room or they just tucked it away from me, so that I could not consume the power. That’s how it felt to me. And I didn’t like the wet and closer coming curtain during taking a shower! The absolute worst thing and experience happened upon check out. As I looked over the bill I saw that they charged me almost $40 for parking! I never ever booked this service or even never did talk to anybody of the hotel staff about it. The most ridiculous fact was, that the female staff member was not able to refund the money for that! She told me, that only the manager can do so, but he or she was not here at this time. How embarrassing is this for a hotel, if they charge you for something you never booked and they are not able or willing to apologize and fix their mistakes! Nevertheless the staff member made some notes and promised to forward the issue on this to the manager, which I was doubting immediately! Nothing happened the days after. Two times I wrote them an e-mail, but they did not even have the manners and decency to answer my message! Just embarrassing for them. But typical for such an unreliable flophouse! Ghost Town

Poor internet service. Tiny room. Poorly trained staff. Not a lot to cheer about except its good location. I understand the need to minimize contact during a pandemic but that means the contact that is available is more important than ever. The human factor was missing. It felt like being in a ghost town. Robotic interactions at best. Internet was impossible for 21st century business travel. Even their own streaming service did not function. Poor internet service. Tiny room. Poorly trained staff. Not a lot to cheer about except its good location. I understand the need to minimize contact during a pandemic but that means the contact that is available is more important than ever. Good place to stay!

Above all, the staff was wonderful at every position. Helpful, friendly, polite-- most notably the young man who brought our dishes, pots, and other little items only provided on request as part of the CQ COVID measures. The lobby and our room were very clean. We had a room with a kitchenette as part of our RCI-reserved stay. Note that housekeeping does not enter the room once you check in, but will gladly provide any needs. Furnishings and window-dressings need updating, but the location is convenient to downtown activities, and we were comfortable during our stay in Houston. CQ Houston - Highly Recommend!

I was in Houston for work and stayed at Club Quarters for 5 nights. It's a historic building with a beautiful interior in downtown. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was my first time in Texas and they made me feel safe the entire time as I was traveling alone. The club room is cozy, night room and bathroom were both clean when I arrived, but note they will not clean daily during your stay due to the health program in place. I slept really well each night actually! Internet is free with your stay. The smart tv was pretty cool. The restaurant on the first floor is great, and plenty of other places within walking distance. They have valet too if you need, I did not bring a vehicle so I just used rideshares. Definitely the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Thank you for showing me southern hospitality CQ Houston!
