Decent, but not worth the money

The outside, lobby, and balcony of the rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast and restaurant have pretty good food. Not the cheapest or the best, but it is hotel food and it wasn't too bad. There's ample seating in the restaurant and lobby. The inside of the rooms are fairly basic and small given the amount of money that you pay for the hotel. I chose the Queen Deluxe room with a River balcony and I was disappointed in how small the room and bathrooms were. If you expect to do any sort of business work while at the hotel, do not stay here. Only junior suites and above have desks and the business center is a small desk beside reception that I was not even able to print from. Awesome

We had a wonderful stay at Black Fox Lodge. Everyone was friendly, the beds were comfortable and the view of the river from the balcony was great! We never heard any other guests and would definitely stay again. We had a wonderful stay at Black Fox Lodge. Short trip

Very nice quiet stay. It was clean and staff was friendly. It has a nice view off the balcony and a nice lounge to eat at in front of the fie place. The only complaint I guess would be the price. I got a two king bed and paid 400 bucks for ONE night. I felt this was a bit outrageous Very nice quiet stay. It was clean and staff was friendly. One of the very best!

We truly enjoyed our four night stay at this hotel. The atmosphere, food, employees and staff were top notch. This is now one of our very favorite hotels to stay at in this area and we will definitely stay there again. We truly enjoyed our four night stay at this hotel. Nice hotel but avoid Pigeon Forge

A basic hotel with a lodge decor. The lobby and common spaces were very clean. The rooms were not as clean and all the furniture sqeaked. We upgraded to a deluxe room with a balcony and river view. Nothing special about this room. The area on the other side of the river is being developed so you see a gas station, strip center and grocery store. Loud traffic and sirens both nights. Not at all peaceful. Complimentary coffee and a basic breakfast buffet for $12pp (free for Gold status). It was OK. But the main disappointment for our trip was the Pigeon Forge area itself.
