Comfortable hotel in great nature

Good value for money, respectfull and helpfull staff. Surrounded with a beautiful nature. Don't expect an excellent food or service but everyting is decent and reasonable. Cheff Levent had been a great help for minor issues that we have had during our stay with his professional approach. Good value for money, respectfull and helpfull staff. Newly redecorated luxury mountain hotel

The hotel is located in the national park within the forest. Complaint

We are visiting the complex for 11 years. It was the first time that the facilities were awful. Since the weather was cold outside, we needed some hot place in the lobby, restaurant and in the holiday houses; but even in front of the fireplace we had to beg for one piece of wood. Everywhere was so cold. They didn’t turn the air conditions/heaters on even at homes. The food at the restaurant was awful this year. Somethings had changed since 2-3 years; may be the management i dont know but they have to change their policy for customer satisfaction. We are visiting the complex for 11 years. From Inebolu to Ankara-The Road To Independence

Located in an excellent evriroment. However apartments are in poor condition and need renovation. Main building looks excellent though. I love the nature in Kastamonu. The best garlic in the world grown here in Taşköprü. Besides, excellent pastrami and Turkish sausage are made in Kastamonu. I ate 3 dinners in the location and liked the taste and choices. There are some fish restaurants where you can have trout. It is nice to see Martyr Şerife Bacı's monument in the location. Located in an excellent evriroment. Average Hotel

We went to this hotel with a friend suggestion. It was after school holidays in Turkey. Hotel was quiet and unfortunately there was not enough snow. We didn't at all feel like we went to snow resort after Kartalkaya Kaya Palazzo last year. I would not go there if you are serious skier. It is quite boring. Hotel is average too. Rooms are too hot and it does not help even if you open window. Food was of although there was not many variety. There was no entertainment. Hotel staff was ok.
