Bad Choice

First, let me begin by stating the costs was out of wack with the hotel! By no way or means is it worth what they charge. It was more comparable with an off the main highway overnight truckers stop. The vending machine was not supplied and the coffee maker in the room was broken. Advised hotel management and nothing was done for the total stay. It's an historic property but the room was rather run down! Location is excellent but facility has not been kept up as you would expect for the costs. My room was #131 and it had been poorly maintained for the costs charged. The room was considered a "Premium Room"! It certainly did NOT meet the definition of premium nor premium cost. Great Hotel!

This was a last minute hotel. I was hoping for a great hotel and found it. Check in was easy. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. The room was a suite with plenty of space, Jacuzzi tub and patio. The hot tub was not working but staff said we could go to either one of their sister hotels and use theirs. Didn't need to because of the Jacuzzi tub in the room. I would definitely stay here again. This was a last minute hotel. I was hoping for a great hotel and found it. Check in was easy. Nothing fancy but met our needs

This hotel is in a good location, easy walk to some good restaurants and a quick drive to central Sedona. The rooms are a bit old and dark but clean. Good water pressure, cheap toiletries (soap, shampoo, tissues). This hotel is in a good location, easy walk to some good restaurants and a quick drive to central Sedona. Beautiful historic property

Beautifully appointed rooms/suites with all the amenities needed. Exceptionally clean including microwave and nice size frig. Cute patio tables and tables outside of front room entry. Very friendly reception staff that goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Beautifully appointed rooms/suites with all the amenities needed. Lovely hotel

Excellent hotel to enjoy wonderful Sedona. The staff was wonthederful, very helpfull. The room was very clean, and thoroughly cleaned each day. The room was dellightful with a neat patio included.
