Мы были счастливы здесь

Чудесный комплекс! Очень ухоженный и чистый. Рядом сосновый бор, озеро. Уютные апартаменты в 2-х этажах, без особого шика, но функциональные... все необходимое есть. Внизу кухня и гостиная, на 2-м этаже спальни и санузел. Парковка прямо у дома. Были с детьми 13 и 3 года. Все близко и рядом: отличная кондитерская, ресторанчики и кафе - вкусно и недорого. Зимний отдых в Златиборе

Искали отель сильно заранее (ещё летом), чтобы на НГ были свободные места и комфортное проживание. Без проблем списался с представителями отеля на английском, забронировал номер и оставил предоплату. Мне дали ответы на все вопросы, которые меня интересовали. До Златибора добрались уже ближе к ночи (от Белграда 5 часов + остановка в Крагуеваце на шоппинг), нас ждал представитель отеля с ключами. Заселил, объяснил что где, про оплату сказал "завтра утром". Номер двухэтажный, обогреваемый (но, пару дней было -20, обогрева хватает едва). Вся мебель в порядке. Есть холодильник (на фотографиях его не видно, он вполне приличного размера), есть кухня (пара конфорок). По телевизору смотрели каналы на сербском :) На территории есть мини-маркет. Сама территория ухоженая, проходящие туристы обязательно делают фото. Парковка рядом с домом, сумки из багажника складывали сразу в дом (и обратно). До озера 200 метров пешком (там же и ближайшие кафе-рестораны). Проблем с коммуникацией не возникло, отдыхать никто не мешал, хотя был шумный Новый Год. Сказка у озера

Отель состоит из летних и зимних коттеджей расположенных на живописных улочках отельного городка. Рядом сосновый парк и Златиборское озеро. Апартаменты уютные с хорошей кухней укомплектованной посудой. Ощущения от проживания в апартаментах такие бут то бы ты живешь в своем загородном доме. Nice forest houses without wifi

We stayed there four nights, three families with kids, the ambient, forest houses, perfect for vacation with friends, kitchen with dishes and everything you need. But the most important thing for kids, no wifi, the wifi wasn’t working, so we complain on the reception, but they didn’t fix it, the kids were most of the time on the reception where wifi was available, the reception was small with only one chair, so they had to wait one by one for internet. The worst check in and service ever!!!!!

One and only reason why we have chosen this hotel is because of the Soft Play Area for the kids and swimming pool with little slides. Upon check in the Receptionist did not mention that we can not use this facilities without paying extra charges. There was no explanation where to park my car, no bellman, no help at all. When we went to the Soft Play Area the lady there told us that we will be charged per hour per child separately for the Play Area and swimming pool. I will definitely not stay in the hotel with 3 little kids under the age of 6 paying for it. There is a drilling going at the hotel, very noisy and dangerous for the kids. One and only reason why we have chosen this hotel is because of the Soft Play Area for the kids and swimming pool with little slides. Cozy place

Set in beautiful surroundings Konaci are the right place for a family vacation. The apartments are quite well equipped, very comfortable, plenty of flowers on all sides. Nice complex but need certain improvement

(+): - very clean, cleaning ladies come on a daily base - impressive garden, our kids loved to play in nature for a whole day - perfect position, just few minutes far from Zlatibor center, and 50m far from the lake - this spot really looks like good old Zlatibor (-): - horrible Wi-fi, 4 days it was not available - very old furniture and all other things in the house (heating bodies, old tv....) - very poor kitchen utensils, just one big knife which was very dull All in all, absolutely overpriced, for 80 EUR per day I really expected more. Very pity, with some slight improvement and investment this might be tourist leader in overcrowded Zlatibor city center full of buildings and concrete. It was very nice there

The Location is very nice. The City is in the near the apartments.. Every evening you have Live music there. The meal is very delicious. All there are neat.The rooms are in a very nice state.
