Лучший отель за все путешествия!

Летом 2016 года мне посчастливилось работать в данном отеле, поэтому лучше любого гостя могу описать это замечательное место. Находится отель на огромной территории и с его веранд и балконов открывается очень красивый вид. В 5 минутах езды торговый центр и парк развлечений, куда по желанию гостя их может отвезти бесплатный автобус. Комнаты очень просторные с огромными, мягкими кроватями. В плане гигиены все идеально. Если вы будете ехать летом, не забывайте, что это Техас, и уже с 7 утра на улице духота. Если вам лень ехать куда-либо, то можно всегда найти, чем себя развлечь- 3 бассейна, гольф, спортзал, спа, бары, деток можно отдать в детский клуб. Каждый вечер все желающие могут сделать себе на костре сморс, посмотреть фильм на улице и салют. Работая в ресторане, могу сказать, что еда в отеле безумно вкусная и всегда свежая. Персонал очень дружелюбный, все готовы помочь. В общем, это не просто отель- это сказка! Всем советую! Our stay in the Villas was almost perfect.

Top notch resort and villa experience. However, very low quality mattress in the villa room 32. I don't really have back issues but I did here. Lower back was messed up after sleeping. After my massage I usually am loose and relaxed but going in with back pain from the bed I was lucky to walk normally. Don't let this review stop you from staying the service was fantastic, the food was fantastic, villas are well appointed. Service and quality are top notch but I have to have a good night sleep as a basic requirement. I gave 5 stars because the hotel is awesome, I just hope someone sees this and fixes the mattress issues at least in the villa area! Top notch resort and villa experience. Luxury at its finest

Definitely recommend the Villas. The stay is so relaxing. The staff was amazing. You are treated like family. Each guest receives golf cart to get around the property. Pool was heated but we are in Texas. Weather at 70 in December. Definitely recommend the Villas. The stay is so relaxing. The staff was amazing. You are treated like family. Review of December 4 stay

This was a company event. The food was cold and/or dry, one of our burgers when we got to our room was an empty bun, the event was very hot and very understaffed. We had to stand outside for 45 minutes in the humidity in our formal clothing. This was a company event. The Hype of a 4 star hotel with customer service and disappointment of a 1 star hotel.

The Hype of a 4 star hotel with customer service and disappointment of a 1 star hotel. After a 4 hour drive to visit we were welcomed by valet personnel who refused to let me charge my car without Valet parking. “You need to find your own charging station” the exact words to welcome us. After check in we saw a nice Nice lobby but the corridor vibe (carpet and lighting) not reflective of a 4-star at all. The next upsetting surprise was in the AC noise in the room. As long as we had to keep the AC on the fan will keep clicking continuously. Or turn it off and small the musty carpet and humid room that is lacking good insulation. Found out quickly it was not useful to complain in person to the service desk, no solutions provided. I wish I can upload the video with the sound but Google reviews will not allow me. Then the final blow, all the during the same day, is the restaurant SweetFire Kitchen. The Attitude of the host was 100 out of 10 and very snappy. Waiting 45 min for a “busy night”. See the pic for your self. The place was barely 20% occupancy. To top it they messed up my order and by the time they remade my burger everyone finished their dinner and we had to leave and take my sandwich to go. Add insult to injury the next day I get a lovely text message from the automated service if we were enjoying our stay and I replied no the immediate reply is posted on the screen shot. Not a soul asked if thing are better or worse the remaining of the trip and at the time of posting this review still no one contacted me. One positive aspect was the golf course is really nice. In summary, based on my experience this hotel gets a 1 star rating if your are planning to stay at it and you get penalized for driving an electric vehicle too with an extra attitude from Valet personnel. One of the best relaxing places in Texas

La Cantera is a great place to wine, dine, relax and laugh as you soon forget where you are. Staying at one of the Villas was the best choices to spend with my spouse as we soaked in all the amenities and pleasures the resort had to offer. Go there. Rest there. Laugh there.
