Clean Spacious Units with Friendly Staff

The 2 bedroom units were clean and well furnished. It was nice to be able to pack light due to the washer and dryer located in the unit. I didn't need much from the staff, but the check in process went smoothly and they were always friendly if we asked a question or just said hello in passing. Good staff and manager.

Sue, the manager was great. Room was good and comfortable. Main complaint was that you could hear a loud humming every time the elevator was in use. Many kids there our week so the elevator noise was continuous. Would try again during different month, definitely never Easter week again. Sue, the manager was great. Room was good and comfortable. Covid health risk.

Nice size unit. WiFi was excellent. King size bed was comfortable. Nice washer and dryer. Friendly staff. That's the good. Now the bad None of the staff wore mask. No signs up about about Covid precautions. Maintance came into our room about a chair that needed to be fixed. Neither one wore a mask. Very disappointed in that no one their was concerned about our health. Gave poor cleanliness because of poor concern for Covid. Nice size unit. WiFi was excellent. King size bed was comfortable. Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay at Oceanside 99. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The 2bedroom condo was large and very nice and clean. Good location with a great view of the beach We would definitely stay again. We enjoyed our stay at Oceanside 99. The staff was very helpful and friendly. A Week at the Beach

This is our first time staying at Oceanside99. We were really surprised at check in as our unit "The Marlin" was all newly redecorated and had new furniture. Big difference from the photos on line. Our 2 bed room unit had a side balcony with a living room ocean view. Large new Smart tv with great channels. New couch and 3 new chairs. Full dinning room table with 6 chairs and a mini bar with 2 stools. Full kitchen, new washer and dryer. Hallway bath that was newly remodeled. 1st bedroom twin beds with flat screen tv, Master bed room with King size bed and flat screen tv. Large walk-in closet in the master bath. Building is smaller but its located right on the beach with beach access. Pool in the back and shuffle board on the 1st floor. Under ground parking garage and parking on the 1st floor.
