Отличный отель, хорошая цена!

Завтраки немного меняют каждый день! Приятный персонал и руководство. Вопросы решаю достаточно оперативно! За эти день отличный вариант. Локация удобная. Пляж через дорогу. Есть лежаки и полотенца. Как-то так ...

Комфортный, симпатичный отель, с отличным месторасположениям, обширной инфраструктурой. Приятно было завтракать во внутреннем дворике, встречать закат на третьем этаже около бассейна и быть уверенными в сохранности автомобиля на подземном паркинге( хоть и за 33$ в день).Самый существенный минус - персонал. Самые приятные - официанты. Работники ресепшн - через одного. Чаще оказывались бесполезными. К примеру, не объяснили, что услуга стоимостью 22$ в день на номер , включающая велосипеды, пару бутылочек воды, полотенца и пр. - автоматически включена. При чек-аут неприятно констатировали, что не актуальное для нас предложение стало не малой статьей расходов. А самый большой кошмар - уборка, которая делалась 5 минут ... а апогеем всего стала история с горничной, которая "по ошибке" "выбросила" либо позаимствовала несколько пакетов с покупками и личными вещами . После скандала менеджер вернул пакет и хочется верить, что сия дама больше не работает в гостинице. P.S. Весьма "забавным " явилось и то что вопреки повсеместным надписям " This is smoking free hotel" в коридорах стоял весьма ощутимый запах марихуаны. Отель в Майами

Мы влюбились в этот отель. Он новый. Очень приветливый персонал. Завтраки однотипные и на третий день надоели. Номер просторный. На пляже выдают лежаки, зонтик и полотенца (это входит в дополнительную плату к номеру). В эту же стоимость входит аренда велосипеда и другие привилегии. На крыше хороший бассейн с лежаками. Пляж очень хороший. Мы влюбились в этот отель. Он новый. Очень приветливый персонал. Завтраки однотипные и на третий день надоели. Номер просторный. Lovely hotel - point off for ridiculous daily "destination fee"

Location is excellent. Hotel is about what you'd expect at this price point. Clean, professional, efficient. Nothing fancy, but that should be the expectation. Overall, a great visit. 2 issues. 1 . Parking - They need a better system. There are no tickets upon entering the garage. You need to tell them at checkin that you are parked there and they give you a placard to place on your car. A little annoying when you've been traveling all day, then lugging everything up to the lobby, only to be told you have to go back down to the garage to place the placard on your car. Ruins the checkin experience. 2. Destination fee? Come on, that's just ridiculous, and in my opinoin, should be illegal. You're charging me an additional fee (each day) for amenities that have always just been included? It's just a way to help show a lower cost per night and then gauge you later. Destination fee includes "beach access." Ok, what if you don't use the beach? also the fitness center...really? Very pleasant stay

I had a hard time pulling the trigger and staying at this residence inn, so many bad reviews. And who wants to stay at a not so nice place when they go away. But we did it, my wife and I stayed for four days and really enjoyed ourselves. Now don’t get me wrong, it’s not the ritz Carlton, but it also didn’t cost ritz prices. We had a one bedroom suite which was very nice and had a nice quiet ocean view. The pool area is very nice and we used their bikes on several days. Breakfast is basic. But the main reason we would stay here again are the people. My wife’s best friend mom died while we were there and unfortunately we had to cut our trip by one day. A lot of hotels might have given me a hard time, not so here. They changed our reservation to accommodate us. And that is only one example of how nice they are. My son lives in Miami and every night he would come over and park in their garage and we would walk to a restaurant, no charge for him to park. And we really like this location, 3 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes walk to lots of great restaurants and if you like to bike, the walking/bike path is beautiful. Grand beach hotel surfside

It was a mom and daughter sweet 16 trip Couldn't have chosen a better hotel it was the best vacation ever!!! The hotel management heard that its my daughter's birthday we were welcomed in the room with a beautiful fruit platter , cake,balloons and wine it was so special. The room was Sparkling clean Beach and pool service is phenomenal. Front desk was so kind and accommodating. The hotel management doing an amazing job. Bartender/Host Israel

I spend most of my days traveling for work. Finding a peaceful, and comfortable place to unwind is key. Israel the bartender seemed to have all the answers a weary traveler could have . He was very informative, and with a smile to boot . One couldn’t find better customer service . As Israel was over the top with information all about my stay at the Marriott.. food fun and activities. With his winning personality he could very well be a host/greeter . Really appreciate the time he took to answer any question I had ..very knowledgeable. His positive energy will pick your mood up on any occasion.. I spend most of my days traveling for work. The Bar

The bartender Israel was Awesome!! He was very attentive to our needs and listened to our comments and concerns..when making our drinks. He was very informative as to where we should go to get delicious food and entertainment during our stay!! Israel is definitely an asset to the establishment and we appreciated all he did to assist us during our stay!! The bartender Israel was Awesome!!
