Fabulous Hotel

We have stayed at Hotel Santana on many occasions because we love it and once again we had a lovely stay in this beautiful hotel. Every aspect of the hotel is fabulous from the friendly welcome by the Reception Team to the well laid out, spotlessly clean spacious rooms. The Restaurant has been thoughtfully refurbished since our last visit which has added to it’s appeal, the varied buffet menu is very flavoursome too. Thank you to all the lovely Santana Staff for another lovely, memorable stay ♥️♥️♥️♥️ We have stayed at Hotel Santana on many occasions because we love it and once again we had a lovely stay in this beautiful hotel. Really good quality facilities and lovely staff

Located in St Paul's Bay a lovely coastal town and close to the beaches. The hotel was great, food very nice and good quality and staff very helpful and friendly. The indoor pool and spa really nice and we also booked the sauna for 4 euro for an hour - only downside is other guests joining you as they were either unaware it was to be pre-booked and paid for or trying their luck although we didn't mind as long as it wasn't more than 2 and we didn't want to police it. Best hotel in Malta

Have just spent 12 nights at The Santana & had one of my best holidays ever. I am a frequent visitor to Malta & feel is my 2nd home and this is definitely my favourite hotel. You are made to feel very welcome from all the friendly staff from Reception, Housekeeping,Bar & Restaurant. Breakfast is amazing & plentiful, and all of hotel is kept spotless with all covid measures in place. Used the roof top terrace several times with gorgeous pool, lots places to sunbathe with amazing views over Malta. Was on B&B basis and used bar for snacks and drinks , and very pleased as prices very low for lovely food. My one and only pair of sandals broke at beginning of holiday & expected to buy some but a great guy from maintenance fixed them to my delight, which was just amazing service. Fab stay and great location

We received a friendly welcome at check in, our room was not ready but we were handed a key card to the luggage room to leave our suitcases. I had emailed the hotel to arrange a upgrade to an executive suite for our visit (reasonable charge). We were shown how to get to the 7th floor by the receptionist. Very pleased with our large room with a beautiful terrace. The hotel is clean and tidy in all areas. FOOD & DRINK: Breakfast had a good range of hot and cold items plus a range of cakes and fruit. The bar prices are very reasonable for food and drinks. We arranged with staff to view other room types as we have guests staying here with us next year. All rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. Why only 4 stars? A little attention to detail would make all the difference. 1)An addition of a 2nd mirror in the spacious area with lights and a seat: ideal for us ladies that like to sit to dry hair and apply makeup. 2) A large king size bed would be fabulous in this room. Some of the bedding and towels we had were a little frayed and worn. 3) Bathroom is more like a wet room, we felt the shower screen needed to be a bit wider, as everything got soaked OR provide additional anti slip mat to allow to get to the dry bath mat without slipping. Overall we enjoyed our stay, ideal as a base, everything within a short walking distance: Bus station, cafes, bars and restaurants. We are looking forward to returning next year. Super stay at Santana
