Excellent customer service

Chelsy at the front desk was amazing. Zhe made check in ejoyable with her courteous and freindly manner. She was able to juggle the phone and check in service while maintaining excellent service/communication. Her demeanor and professionalism sets the stage for the customer experience. "Let's go to the beach" last minute!

My best friend called me at noon and said, "Let's go to Monterey!" (We live 8n Sac.)We talked to Carlos who answered every single dumb question I had. We booked this 1st floor room because it had a "partial" ocean view. We arrived at 8pm. Sheevani was absolutely the sweetest! We ended up on the 3rd floor with a spectacular view of the ocean. The crashing waves right outside our door is magical! We've decided that we're coming 3 times a year! My best friend called me at noon and said, "Let's go to Monterey!" Thanksgiving

Man O Man where do I start. Been to the Tides many times and it never disappoints. This time was just over the top though. My Guy Tyler is the man. Hot us the perfect ocean view room and took care of us from the beginning. Vivian hot us checked in a bit early and was just Amazing. We walked biked shopped ate here and there but the best meal was at the Tides Waterfront Restaurant. Way way over the top. Try the Scampi. Yum with a great view. We didn't want to leave but when we did Alexis took care of everything eazy checkout. Their are so many great places in Monterey But the Tides is it for us. A place a blue collar worker like myself and get treated like Royalty. Thank You All so much and we will see you soon. Eric & Kendra Mayo Man O Man where do I start. Very relaxing stay

We just went to get away for a few days and just relax, and thats what we did. The hotel needs some remodeling but overall clean and very friendly staff. I wish the dining room was open during the week but the bar food was excellent. We just went to get away for a few days and just relax, and thats what we did.
