Relaxing Oasis

RCI website said there was no fridge, so I brought my desktop fridge only to be surprised to find one in the room!! Need to update that on the site for other guests who may not book because of no fridge. Due to COVID, there was to be no housekeeping, which freaked me out when I came back to the room to find my bed made up nicely, fresh towels and cleaned up the room to the point of throwing out my Tervis coffee cup that I was using as a water glass at my bedside due to no drinking glasses supplied in the room. I mentioned it at check out, but the woman had no authority to reimburse me for my cup that I lost because I left it out not thinking that I would be getting Housekeeping Services during my stay!? If you do not use the Resort Amenities, the Resort Fee may be too costly for your stay. Wedding at the Miramonte

We checked in this past weekend as we were in the bridal party for a wedding at the property. We were a bit skeptical because we heard about the construction that was going on, but from the moment we checked in, we were so well looked after, the construction wasn't even a problem. The staff at the Miramonte absolutely made the trip, they were all SO AMAZING! The pool was so nice and fun thanks to the bartenders. We were always brought ice cold water within seconds of arriving at the pool, and the drinks were delicious! Everyone at the pool took great care of us. The front desk staff were SO personable and helpful, we loved them! I don't think they've ever had to issue more room cards than they did to our group because we kept locking ourselves out of our rooms by accident, but they were SO understanding and had a good laugh with us about it. The restaurant/lounge staff were also so great and incredibly accommodating. I really couldn't say enough amazing things about all the staff! The grounds were beautiful and very well kept, even amid all the construction, and the wedding was absolutely gorgeous! We had the best time ever! (Thanks for letting the wedding party jump in the pool at the end of the night). The only down side was how pricy the food/drinks were. Especially with the room price, it was a bit tough having to spend ~$20 on one drink. Overall, it was a great time, and we hope to be back one day! Amazing staff!

Had the best stay last weekend! Every single person in the hotel staff that I encountered was extremely courteous! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Stay away until construction is completed

Very disappointed at my stay. Hotel was not upfront about ongoing renovations and sound level yet charging full price. Trip was supposed to be a relaxing stay but left a day early due to noise level of construction all day and landscaping blowers all morning. Very disappointed at my stay. EXPENSIVE AND UNDER CONSTRUCYION ,DONT GO THERE

Under construction most of the property is trashed grounds are dried up , rooms are old and look super old over all abandoned. Elevators are covered with old rugs and most tile in the buildings are broken as well as in the bathrooms. Rundown beds might as well be hammocks terrible on the back.
