A very enjoyable two weeks

We enjoyed our stay at Maui Beach. Our unit was perfect for two adults, would be cramped for four. The pool is heated by the sun and is very refreshing on a warm Maui day. There were plenty of lounge chairs. The beach is directly across the road and was great. We did not rent a car, we used Uber. Their service is fabulous, fast pick up and economical. Wonderful Stay

This was our 3rd time staying at this property and it is always a great experience. The location is great. It's a bit outdated and the lack of AC is sometimes miserable when you aren't used to the humidity. Maui BEach Vacation Club

Maui beach is a wonderful small intimate resort. Great location with a beach across the street. Close to shave ice and many delicious restaurants. Units are newly remodeled. I’m an owner at Maui Beach and have been coming here over 20 years. Maui beach is a wonderful small intimate resort. Great location with a beach across the street. Potential to be much better - partially updated, nice grounds, lacks typical resort amenities

We stayed for the first 2 weeks of September (leaving tomorrow). Great spot on Kihei strip. Yes you would need a car to get to anywhere to shop unless you used public transportation. It is clear on the website that there is NO A/C therefore you do need to keep all windows (original crank outs with glass panels) open even with the ceiling fans on. Luckily we had very windy days. This does make for a noisy stay - you are right on the main road and there are apartment buildings right behind you. At 4am the local rooster will certainly make himself known, also at 10pm and 3am. The pool and hot tub/spa are nice and clean along with the shared gas grills. As for the update, all the doors are original and have been quickly painted over, the bathroom and kitchen tile floors are NOT new, toilet seat in one bath is stained and needs replacing. New furniture, carpeting and kitchen cabinets (that don't quite cover the old floor) are nice. Kitchen well supplied. Being on the ground floor we have direct access to the pool area, which is great, otherwise you need to leave the gated area, walk around the building to access the stairwell. This is a nice time share unit but don't expect any resort amenities. The staff was very helpful and responsive. Access to the beach is across the street but there are no chairs available - we purchased 4 at the local Walmart. The book "Maui Reveled" was awesome at identifying the beaches, restaurant, activities and sights based on personal experience. We stayed for the first 2 weeks of September (leaving tomorrow). Would not rate this as a resort!

Would rate as condominiums and low quality service. No AC. 1 Rotating fan and a fan in the Master bedroom. Bed broom had a king size bed and very tote. Had to sit on the bed to open drawers and open the closet. Very disappointed for our first trip to Maui. Would rate as condominiums and low quality service.
