Обязательно приеду еще раз!!!!

Мне здесь очень понравилось!! Номер с двумя спальнями очень красивый!!! Там легко разместились мы с мужем, 14-месячный ребенок, тесть с тещей и сестра мужа. Делорес и Майя нас удивили еще до того, как мы начали путешествие из Калифорнии в Лондон. Мой муж работает на дому, поэтому ему нужно было узнать IP-адрес отеля и т.д. После обмена письмами мы получили всю необходимую информацию и муж смог войти в свой офис в США из отеля. Кто-то писал здесь, что в офисе отеля никого не было – нам это не мешало, так как если что-то было нужно, то мы звонили по телефону и всегда получали быстрый ответ. Мне нравится, что отель находится рядом со станцией Canada Water, а если немного пройтись, то есть торговый центр и продуктовый магазин. Мы всегда ходили туда пешком, а обратно – на такси. Я ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО ВЕРНУСЬ В ODESSA WHARF!! Делорес и Майя – просто супер!!! А, вот еще что: мы приехали в аэропорт, начали выкладывать все компьютеры и муж увидел, что он забыл свой iPad. Когда мы прошли досмотр, то я проверила почту с телефона – там было письмо от Делорес, она написала, что мы оставили iPad и что она уже связалась с сестрой мужа и что она заберет его (она осталась в Лондоне еще на несколько дней в другом месте). Отель Odessa Wharf в июне 2013 года

Апартаменты очень удобно расположены возле автобусной остановки под названием «Шип-док». Ближайшая станция называется «Канада Уотер», и дойти до нее можно за несколько минут, но мы и на автобусе туда ездили. В апартаментах оказалось довольно чисто, но посреди недели уборка не проводилась. Услуги прачечной стоят пять фунтов за одну стирку, и оба администратора приносили постиранные вещи к порогу. Администраторы были очень вежливы и услужливы. Правда, вначале мы немного запутались в связи с расположением отеля. Неплохо было бы сообщать постояльцам об услуге «два в одном» национальной железнодорожной компании, благодаря которой можно посещать лондонские достопримечательности при покупке абонемента. Также на кассе и стойке администрации не помешали бы брошюры с купонами. Некоторым постояльцам они бы пригодились. Best thing about this location is the Pub in front & the unit has wifi. If you have a mold or dust sensitivity/allergy this is not the location for you. Don’t expect a waterfront unit either. Location is far off the beaten path and not close to a tube station. Also, do not bother to try and communicate in advance with the management, because they do not respond. We were overall very disappointed with this location. There was loud construction outside of our unit the entire time we were there (November 15-22 2019). This started as early as 0730 in the morning. Though obviously not within the control of the manager, there was also a crying infant on the other side of our bedroom wall which made sleep during our visit very elusive. For future travelers, the walls are very thin, you may need to purchase a fan or some other noise maker. Also, the unit itself was in disrepair. There were large parts of the wall where it was obvious something had run into them. Some cabinets in the kitchen were not attached to their hinges and would just fall off. Being somewhat heavy, it was concerning they would hurt someone. We were also disappointed to find out that the oven did not work at all (I encourage you to check that it works when you get there so that you will not spend 30 pounds on groceries like we did only to discover you have no means of cooking them). The manager said she had been checking our unit before we got there, but she did not tell us about any of these things. If your goal (like ours was) is to save money by doing some cooking in your flat, it was not possible in this unit. Be advised that there is a fee for utilities (this we knew ahead of time, of course) that has no bearing on what you personally use during your visit. For us, it was 60 pounds. We were there for 7 days and we were told on the 5th day what our bill would be. I say all of this because the location is somewhat far from a tube station. My husband and I chose to walk to the Canada Tube station which was about a mile from Odessa Wharf, the walk is not bad, but for the price of the unit and overall poor impression, it would have saved us money and time to find a reasonable hotel in on the northern side of the Thames that didn't require such extensive travel every day, given that we had to eat out for nearly every meal anyway. If the unit had been quieter, the appliances/cabinets fixed, and the dents in the wall mentioned to us, it would have been a much better experience. We were not impressed given the price. As a frequently traveling family we are used to different standards. Odessa Wharf has by far the dirtiest, worst equipped kitchen, no lights in bathrooms, non-existent service and reception availability we have ever experienced. With little effort the land-lord could make this a very nice vacation apartment with great location near the Themsen. Unfortunately there seems to be no interest and a total incapacity! Ideal location, terrific accomodation

Spacious, nicely furnished bedrooms. Nice, well-equipt kitchen. Surprisingly spacious living room. Enclosed, rooftop viewing area was an added plus for seeing the Thames at night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Perfect location for our needs. 5-minute walk to Greenlands Pier which enabled daily travel by Thames Clipper to all of the major piers along the Thames - a fantastic way to get around London to all of the tourist spots we wanted to hit. Spacious, nicely furnished bedrooms. Nice, well-equipt kitchen. Surprisingly spacious living room. Enclosed, rooftop viewing area was an added plus for seeing the Thames at night. In London, On The Thames River

Though a bit expensive this was a great location right on the shore of the Thames River in greater London. Our unit had a balcony with a great close up view of the river. Our bedding was most comfortable. Our unit building had no on site staff though so there was a time lag dealing with any unit problems or concerns.We did have to survive our week with no hot water in the tube/shower.
