A great getaway!!!!

We came down for our Honeymoon after our third attempt at a wedding (it was successful, pandemics are weird). We drove in from out of state and utilized the mobile check in so we could go straight to our room. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and were welcomed HOME by a nice fellow named Joe at the gate. We stayed in the deluxe Studios for 4 nights. As great admirers of the Pacific Northwest, we were enamored by this resort. We loved the atmosphere and sense of adventure around the corner. We used the ferry boat to Magic Kingdom multiple times, it’s a great stroll through the grounds as well. We also had a fabulous dinner at Whispering Canyon one night of our stay (Grab the all you can enjoy skillet). Our server was Mike from Jersey and he went above and beyond the call of duty. He had a similar sense of humor to myself and we hit it off grand style. Huge hats off to Mike. For our final night, we were moving out of Boulder Ridge Villas and into the main lodge. Did that happen? Nope!!! Disney did it HUGE!!! We got upgraded into one of the amazing 1 bedroom villas and we are astounded by the accommodations we have here. We wish we had one more night to stay. Another great visit

This was the third time we have stayed at the Boulder Ridge Villas at the Disney's Wilderness lodge. We love the laid back feeling of the resort, especially the rocking chairs in the central area. Staff was excellent at the resort and the housekeeping team went out of their way to be of assistance to us. Had issue with getting into room with phone, but quickly resolved with visit to front desk (turned out to be my own issue). Eating options were good, although the atmosphere at the Whispering Canyon Cafe was not quite the same due to the Covid restrictions; but two thumbs up to the wait staff for making the best of a bad situation. The Boulder Ridge Cove Pool was great and the bar/food attendant was efficient and made sure we always had what we needed. Others have noted the dating of the rooms, but we feel this adds to the character of the resort. Look forward to staying at the Boulder Ridge Villas again in the future. Fun Times

Wow - this was such a fun resort. We loved the pools and the restaurants. We found the room a bit outdated, but we simply did not care. We enjoyed the hot tub, loved the small gift shop, and even dined at Whispering Canyon for breakfast. The staff was great and the very hospitable. As a first time guest, it was lots of fun! Excellent stay at this beautiful hotel

I had somewhat low expectations based on reviews that the BR villas are dated but we had an excellent experience. We got the room ready text just as our plane landed around 2. The room was great. My son loved the pull down bed. The sofa was a little worn but I’m not sure I would have noticed if I wasn’t looking for wear. All cast members we encountered were pleasant and some went out of the way to be helpful. We enjoyed the pool all 3 days of our stay, especially the water slide and the pool games. Geyser Point is fabulous, boat to MK is so convenient. The grounds are gorgeous and made us forget we were at Disney world (in a good way). Our only complaint is that there are not a lot of options for snacks in the afternoon, and there is no pool bar with smoothies or frozen drinks (which would have been so welcome on the hot days!). Great theming

I stayed here with my daughters for a quick weekend getaway. The theme of this building it wonderful The detail is true Disney fashion. There is a scent once you walk into the building that was extremely overpowering and my daughter had to hold her nose once coming through the door because it was causing issues the second we come into the building until we were in our room. We stayed in a one bedroom villa which was quite outdated. Over all we could not spend a lot of time inside but we enjoyed the pool and the entire resort.
