Best pools on Disney property

I checked in on the app early the day before so I didn’t have to go to front desk but room still wasn’t ready until 3pm was hoping for early check in so I just put my bags down at bell services and went to the pool it’s so much fun with the lazy River, slide, pools and hot tubs! My room was clean and lovely with that hot tub inside and rain fall shower head! Only frustrating thing was that the ac kept shutting off and on so it was hard to sleep.I loved how close and convenient it was to walk to Epcot 5 min walk! Disney needs to return to high level of guest service.

This was our 3rd or 4th stay at the Beach Club Villas, and by far our most disappointing. I would do 2 1/2 rating if I could... We were in a one bedroom PROS; * Location- You cannot beat the location being able to walk to 2 Disney parks is great. * Themeing- The overall theme of the resort is very immersive with a relaxing vibe. *Our room was in a great location overlooking the pool & canal with an easy walk to the lobby, and parking lot. When we checked in I asked for a room on a higher floor with a pool view, and they honored that request. The room layout is a bit odd for the bathroom(s) as there are about 4 doors involved. We had a nice sized double balcony. CONS *Value vs service benefit is just not there. While I understand a lot of this is attributed to COVID, Disney needs to do a better job at facing the challenges COVID creates. I was paying full-price for a one bedroom villa.. housekeeping was non-existent (even on the 4th day when you're supposed to get trash/towel turnover), I had to call multiple times to get our trash picked up, fresh towels, old towels taken, etc. We were cooking in our room more than usual due to the lack of dining options (again Disney is citing COVID for this), and therefore our trash needed to be emptied more regularly. Our Favorite DVC Property

It may not be the newest or sexiest resort, but it's like a breath of fresh air! We love the location as you can walk to EPCOT & Hollywood Studios and it's conveniently located to the Skyliner and Friendship boats. The main pool is huge, has a lazy river, slide and plenty of lounge chairs. There are also two tranquillity pools if you want something more low key. There are many dining options from sit down restaurants to grab and go. You are also located across from the Boardwalk where there are many other dining & entertainment options. It may not be the newest or sexiest resort, but it's like a breath of fresh air! Beautiful Resort!

We have always wanted to stay here and thought this would be a good time now with COVID and being able to walk to EPCOT and eat in our room if we wanted. We stayed in a one bedroom villa. We were surprised with how big the room was. I really like the idea of having a washer and dryer in the room too. The room was clean and the bed was great. The Boardwalk is across the way, but not much to do over there. Not sure if things will open back up over time or not. The pool is nice, the main one has a lazy river. You may want to get there when the pool opens. We were surprised to see a line before the pool even opened. You also need to have a wristband. The DVC pool was nice too. Not so busy. Hope things change

Have to say I'm disappointed as a whole on my last stay here. We've owned here since 2002 and I think the same towels from the opening are still here. They are hard and scratchy. I understand this place gets used a lot and it is a big task to keep things going but Disney DVC has maintained a high level of perfection that I did not feel this time and it hurts me to say it. Ever have a plus used so much that the plug doesn't stay in the wall? Have air conditioning that turns itself off during the night? The workers here are GREAT! I hope management with the seemingly cost cutting measures don't cut costs too much or they will be like any other time share, and you are too good for that.
