Love the location!

The location is within walking distance to so much, close to downtown, Capitol, shopping, etc. The units are always clean and spacious. We did the sales presentation this year and even though it lasted about two hours, it was not hard sell which we appreciated. Arrived in AUSTIN!!!!

Check in was easy and folks friendly. Valet Parking Only and they charge $30 a day. I will note that when you in the highest level of Wyndham (Founders) parking should be free or at a reduced rate. Anyway, room was clean and had a good view of the city. I went to the pool the first night and it was nice. They have a nice setup for families to have a get-together by the pool. Good view from the pool also. The next two nights I could not enjoy the pool due to lightning and storms. Third stay in Austin Club Wyndham and it was great overall. Cancelled reservation 1 week before arrival.

Cancelled reservation about a week before arrival. No alternate accomodations offered or compensation. Hotel and staff couldn't have cared less. Hotel is still operating but they chose to cancel certain reservations. Definitely not recommended. Look elsewhere for a stay! Cancelled reservation about a week before arrival. Desi Lynch supervisor is the rudest

3 hours ago I want to give this hotel a negative, below zero review if there is one. I called to confirm my reservation for this weekend made thru my RCI, and I was told by that my reservation is cancelled ,without getting any prior notice . So if I didnt call the hotel to confirm my reservation, I flew with my family and didnt have any place to stay!The supervisor named Desi Lynch was not hlful at all, she was very rude, and hanged up on me. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! They cancelled because of water damage, and didnt bother to rebook us who had made reservations 3 momths ago to any nearby hotel! Desi Lynch, does not deserve to bea supervisor there , as she didnt care at all woth my planned and paid vacation, and the rudest person, to even hanged up on the phone!!! Now I am left with a paid flight and no place to stay for my vacation. STUNNING VIEWS

Newer property, absolutely breathtaking views from the upper floor room windows, particularly at night. Rooms are huge, modern and fully functional with full kitchen. Easy check in. Parking a bit annoying since you need to "key" to get out of the gated lot. Be ready for the usual time share speech when you get the key to your room. Pool on roof is very tiny and 3.5 feet deep at every end. Centrally located for all the wonderful music and food Austin has to offer. Do not miss Franklins BBQ or Terry Blacks BBQ truly unbelievable!!! great taco truck out front door down the street for breakfast burrito or snacks. Only downside: Austin is a sanctuary city, the homeless population is insurmountable and they can be extremely aggressive!! we are seasoned travelers and the homeless/panhandlers come with all cities and towns, we have never seen it so bad which is heartbreaking because this city is spectacular.
