Relaxing Stay

This was our 3rd exchange here. It is local for us so it’s a great short distance escape. The units are very spacious. Some units are waterfront, some water view and some Newport Bridge view. In the fall and winter, their really are no resort activities however, if you like hiking and history, the local forts and light house have great trails and views of Newport. Of course, then there is Newport itself. The staff, Isabel, is amazing. So friendly and hospitable. Please give her a raise! All in all, yes, we will be back! This was our 3rd exchange here. Huge unit

The units are the biggest we have ever stayed in. It’s 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with full kitchen. The second bedroom has twin beds. It’s good for 2 couples or a family of 4. They say the couch opens up and it can fit 6 but that would really be a reach. Layout was strange with the master bedroom downstairs and living room and other bedroom with kitchen upstairs. A Quiet Newport Vacation

We stayed in unit #15 from 7/10 - 7/17, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jamestown is a quiet location and a welcome respite from the fun but exhausting hustle and bustle of Newport, which is just a few minutes away. Our accommodations (2 bedrooms, 2 1//2 baths) were spacious and comfortable, and the property and units were well maintained. Our only suggestion - include a toilet brush in every unit. While the resort and staff were top notch, we especially appreciated Maria, who we spoke with over the phone prior to our arrival, and John, who checked us in at the nearby Bay Voyage Inn. Both were extremely pleasant, professional, and helpful, and really set the standard for those working in the hospitality industry. Unusually pleasant, comfortable, quiet waterside retreat.

We were right on the water, had two gorgeous balconies, loved seeing rabbits and groundhogs at a distance on the lawns. The units are nice but not fancy, decently equipped, with good beds, linens, essentials for kitchen. Only 20 or so units in an out-of-the-way spot in Jamestown. Large Unit Needs Better Cleaning

We stayed here for 6 days, left one day early. Large 2 BR up and down unit. Located in Jamestown on Conanicut island. Check in was at a different resort about 1 mile away. Downstairs had a musty/ stale smell. Downstairs shower curtain had mold on it. Top of the refrigerator had never been dusted. We stayed here for 6 days, left one day early.
