Отличный комплекс на первой линии

Комфортабельные апартаменты с великолепным видом на Мексиканский залив. Есть крытый паркинг, тренажерный зал, кофейня и мини-маркет. Вежливый и дружелюбный персонал. Недалеко (примерно 1-1,5 км) от основных достопримечательностей. Комфортабельные апартаменты с великолепным видом на Мексиканский залив. Есть крытый паркинг, тренажерный зал, кофейня и мини-маркет. Roaches dead on floor, dust under bed, and live roach on bed pillow.

Unlike every other RCI/Hilton resort that I've stayed, the staff seemed grumpy. The ones trying to sell you on time share are friendly. If it matters, ask if your sales person is vaccinated. They're told to wear mask, but ours had his around his chin. Nice resort, well used pool and hot tub, but no shower. ROACHES! ROACHES! ROACHES!

Roaches running around in the kitchen, bathroom and living room from the moment we entered our room. Roaches crawling all over the dishes in the overhead cabinets. Called to get moved into another room but were told they were full and could not move us. Maintenance came up three different days to spray for roaches, causing us to choke and cough (what was in the pesticide that were we exposed to?). Dead roaches behind furniture in the living room where no pesticide had been sprayed - how long had those roaches been there? How often do they move that furniture to clean? Finally - after a number of calls - we were moved into another/upgraded unit, but only after we had been in the "roach motel" for 11 nights of our 14-night stay. Hard to believe that there were no other rooms available earlier during that second week, if not the first. Did they hope that the ongoing spraying would mean they didn't have to move us and that they could forget about the issue? We then wasted hours of our vacation packing and moving to the new room (and you can see from other comments that the elevators can be quite time-consuming; you wait with your luggage carts for an elevator, only to find it too full to accommodate you, so you wait for another... then another... then another). We spent the entire vacation worrying whether we would inadvertently take roaches back to our homes after we checked out. I should mention that I am a timeshare owner at Wyndham PCB, and have been an annual visitor there. I cannot overemphasize how very disgusted I was with the property during my September, 2021 stay there, including the disappointing resolution of my very legitimate complaint. Good Vacay

Our overall stay was good, the front desk and check in people were very nice. We were on 5th floor and view was good. My only issue were the elevators, it is a pain, when we checked out took us an hr to be able to get on 1 and to the lobby and then back to 3rd floor which is the only way to get to the parking garage. Oh and the last message you get where they ask you to start the dishwasher, take out the trash and remove all the bedding like........ !!!!Other than that it's on a good location I did the presentation for Shell Island as well, which was kind of disappointing but that is another story. ELEVATORS DONT WORK DONT COME

DO NOT COME HERE. Even though the beach is nice this place has 25 floors and only 5 working elevators. You need to be a marathon runner to be able to do all the walking that is required to get to the parking garage and then back to your room. There needs to be an elevator technician who they employ always to ensure elevators are working. You will spend your entire vacation waiting on an elevator. DO NOT COME HERE. If you can it’s better to go somewhere else!! DO NOT COME HERE. Even though the beach is nice this place has 25 floors and only 5 working elevators. Location, Location, Location

We are Club Wyndham owners so for those that are not aware - this is a timeshare. With that being said, they will try to get you to do a sales presentation and you will not receive daily maid service. With that being said, let's move on to the review of the resort and staff. Prior to even arriving, we had contacted the resort's concierge's desk to find out if they have discounted tickets to some things we were interested in going to during our stay. They do not offer any discounted tickets and could not provide me with any recommendation for things to do or places to eat, so not for sure why they even have a concierge's desk. As a VIP owner I did make a request that our multiple rooms be located as close to each other as possible since we had three rooms to accommodate our family of 8 adults and 2 children vacation. They did an excellent job of assigning our rooms close to each other, of which we were especially thankful for. Check in was smooth until being sent to the other desk to get our wristbands, which double as your room key and to be able to charge to your room - perfect for a beach location!! The down side was the "other desk" though. Yes, I knew they would try to get us to attend a sales presentation, but when you have said no FOUR times and provided the reason (here with the entire family) and have started giving a glaring look with your NO, enough is enough! We actually walked off even because she would not take no for an answer. Everyone deserves to be treated better, but when you are the highest level of VIP level - seriously?!?!???? The only REAL downside of the resort is the elevator situation. Unloading was quite a fiasco. The 5-level parking garage is on the opposite side of the very busy road than the resort and you have to get to the third level in order to take everything across the skybridge only to have to take another elevator to get to the elevators that you can access the floor for your unit. And then throw in that the entire week we were there, not once was all the elevators to the units working AND there is no service elevator, so housekeeping with the carts were also using the same elevators! There is a drive directly in front of the resort that can also be used, sparing the parking garage/skybridge portion, but it actually was quicker to use the garage/skybridge to unload and load. Then, even when our unloaded, you still have to deal with the elevator and parking garage situation to go anywhere, especially if you have an upper level unit. (Club Wyndham - I urge you to sit there and listen to people as they deal with the elevator situation. It is deplorable!! I would recommend figuring out a way to add service elevators and have 1/2 the elevators only for Floors Beach, Lobby and through 13 and the other half accessible from the Beach and Lobby floors, but after that only stop for Floors 14 - 25.) We were on the 22nd floor and had amazing views of the beach and the gulf! Every morning we were able to watch a small pod of dolphins swim by even!! Our rooms were all clean and very nice. We always appreciate having a washer and dryer in our unit, but when you are doing so much water activity, it is even more appreciated. (I just wish US resorts would take a tip from Mexico and Caribbean resorts and have a retractable clothesline in the showers.) I know Club Wyndham is a Green Resort, however because of this the water pressure in the showers have MUCH to be desired. (Do you really save water when it takes you 4 times longer to rinse the shampoo out of your hair, followed by taking 4 times longer to rinse the conditioner out of your hair??) The water pressure in our camper is better!! The resort is directly beachfront and every unit has gulf views! The beach itself was awesome. It is nice powdery white sand and not rocky at all. It is nice and wide and there are jet skis, banana boats, chair rental (a pro for some and a con for others) right there. The resort is in an EXCELLENT location also to enjoy watching the firework displays for the 4th of July! It is located right between the two piers the fireworks are shot off of!! HUGE TIP: While we were there (July 2 - 10) there were more than 200 beachgoers rescued by Panama City Beach lifeguards. Pay heed to the flags and be aware there are currents and riptides. ALSO: During the time we were there we know of at least two children on separate occasions that became missing. The first one, a 3-year old, was fortunately found safe after a 30-minute or so search.
