Horrible

1. По приезду в отель пытались поселить нас в номер с ужасным запахом. Как будто этот номер затопило и его так и не смогли отремонтировать и проветрить 2. В ночь с субботы на воскресенье под окнами отеля открывается ночной клуб. С двух часов ночи мы не могли спать из-за всех шумов, которые сопутстуют дискотеке. 3. При оплате счета пытались получить деньги за лишний день проживания из-за ошибки своего сотрудника и из-за несовершенной системы контроля платежей. Не рекомендуем никому. 1. Nice Modern Hotel near Manauara Mall

Nice modern hotel in Adianopolis section of Manaus -- 10 minute walk to Manauara Mall (the area's largest) and 3 miles from the Historic Centro area. Newer hotel with free breakfast, free wifi, room safe and minifridge. Nothing opulent but large, clean room with king bed. Rooftop pool, bar and restaurant on site. Not much to see in the area, but Manauara Mall is short walk away -- sidewalk is in bad condition and there is a steep hill -- but otherwise manageable and safe. Reasonable city hotel

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We had a large room with a big bed, fridge, aircon, and a bathroom with shower. The room was clean except there was a strange arrangement with the windows in that the window frames did not line up with the windowsill. The glass under the frame was only visible when seated and was dirty. Breakfast was good, a large buffet selection. The hotel is located on a busy city road away from the centre of Manaus, if you want to see the tourist sites you need to get a taxi. However, there is a big supermarket and shopping centre nearby. The shopping centre has a large food court in the basement. The rooftop pool was very small, but I guess that this is not unusual for a city hotel. We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Excellent staff and convenient location

Staff: Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast: Delicious with a variety of options. Rooms: Clean and simple with good wifi. Location: Safe area and within a 10 minute walk to the shopping mall. Easy for uber/taxi/tour vans to find. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast: Delicious with a variety of options. Rooms: Clean and simple with good wifi. broken window

we stayed one night in this hotel during our journey, it was raining heavily and as the window was obviously broken, a lot of rain came inside our room and our clothes nearly got wet, we immediately called the reception and someone came and putted some towels around the window; only because of a further complaint the receptionist offered a new room in a different floor, so we had to change the room in the middle of the night just wearing our pyjamas... as we asked for any apologize or any discount, we were told to share our experience on TripAdvisor and the manager would then get in contact with us... let's see... we stayed one night in this hotel during our journey, it was raining heavily and as the window was obviously broken, a lot of rain came inside our room and our clothes nearly got wet, we immediately called the reception and someone came and putted some towels around the window; only because of a further complaint the receptionist offered a new room in a different floor, so we had to change the room in the middle of the night just wearing our pyjamas... as we asked for any apologize or any discount, we were told to share our experience on TripAdvisor and the manager would then get in contact with us... let's see...
