5-ти этажный отель на берегу с джакузи в спальне!
Замечательный 5-ти этажный отель на берегу океана, с джакузи в спальне! Несмотря на то, что вокруг него стоят величественные отели-небоскребы, я влюбилась в этот скромный отель. Хозяин отеля очень доброжелателен к постояльцам. Номера уютные, во дворе бассейн, гамаки, а дорожка от бассейна ведет к океану. Хорошее месторасположение, рядом с автобусной остановкой. Завтрак крайне скудный. Питаться вне отеля только. Рекомендую! Замечательный 5-ти этажный отель на берегу океана, с джакузи в спальне! Есть как плюсы, так и минусы!!!
Мне хочется очень много высказать по поводу данного отеля, но я не из тех, кто любит портить чужую репутацию. Вкратце, я не осталась в восторге от пребывания в этом отеле. Фотографии номеров не соответствуют действительности. Я опишу плюсы и минусы ниже, но вы также можете написать мне сообщение напрямую, если хотите узнать подробности... ПЛЮСЫ: отель расположен у пляжа ( выход на пляж прямо из задней части отеля), в двух шагах от продовольственного магазина и небольших ресторанов быстрого питания, чистый (если ваше постельное белье еще не успели запачкать), хороший выбор на завтрак за дополнительную плату, милый задний дворик с бассейном и зонтиками. МИНУСЫ: нет шезлонгов или зонтиков на пляже, тонкие стены (вы слышите своих соседей), шумное строительство по соседству (включая выходные), маленькая кухня в номере-студии плохо оснащена кухонными принадлежностями и тарелками (есть только микроволновка, мини-холодильник и кофеварка со стаканами и кружками), в разговоре с некоторыми сотрудниками вы ДОЛЖНЫ говорить по-испански (большинство не разговаривают по-английски, включая гостей). Люди курят в заднем дворике у бассейна под зонтиками. Отель отличается качеством, однако в нем не было того, что для меня важнее всего. Он НЕ был СОВЕРШЕННЫМ! Если вы не против того, что вам придется разговаривать все время на испанском языке, отдыхать на пляже без зонтиков, тонкие стены для вас не проблема, и вы можете позволить всегда тратить кучу денег на еду в ресторанах, то этот ресторан вполне может вас устроить. I really wanted to like it!
I will try to keep this review simple and unbias. My honey and I arrived to the hotel, checked in with minimal issues and in awe of the beautiful lobby layout. We were given a room right near the front desk and proceeded to check out our room. Immediately went to the bathroom where there was STILL PEE RESIDUE on the toilet along with a filthy shower, I was ready to leave. To avoid escalating, I left the problem to my honey and we were "upgraded" to a new room. Upgrade is was not. The room was bigger, but cleaner it was not. The bathroom walls and counter were filthy, tub more clean but notable hair in the sink. I completed my usual shake down of the room using my lysol along the way noting the filthy sheets. I really tried to be nice but after waking up to a HUGE ROACH ON THE FLOOR I realized a review was needed. We then requested for house keeping to mop and sweep. Housing keeping entered the room laughing and without her mask pulled up. I am not the smartest cookie but I do not understand why staff wear mask on there face to not actually have it over their mouth and nose. Makes ZERO sense. Also, they should respect people space and make sure to wear a mask when entering the room. Its rude. Ultimately, staff was not bad and the pool and beach access was the best part of the hotel. Being able to leave in out with parking was also great to have. It is clear no one is in charge, seems as if the hotel is ran by a bunch of children. Housekeeping needs to be fired and rehired. Staff doesn't care about you
I have stayed at this hotel three times before. After my first stay, I called the hotel to speak directly with the manager of the hotel to make the second one and a third one. My goal was to get the travel agency out of the way and stay at a more affordable price, and prevent the hotel from paying commission to the agency. Even though I left a note to manager Erika 5-6 times, the manager did not respond to me. When I didn't get a response, I made my reservation through booking.com. A few days before my departure day, I informed the long hair male receptionist that I wanted a late check-out. He said that if there is availability on the day of my departure, I can do a late check-out which is reasonable. Then, two days before my check-out, I spoke to the receptionist Adriana and she said she approves of my late check-out. They made me suffer on the day of my check-out. The first person I spoke to at the reception, who told me that I could check out late if there was availability, retorted me by saying "how can she give approval without my knowledge?" and kept an unprofessional conversation with me in return for my solution-oriented conversations. Acted needlessly defensive as I was blaming him. He told me that even if I spoke to the manager the outcome would not change. After that, I said that I wanted to meet with manager Erika, but despite my endless attempts, Erika did not respond to me. If I tried to reach the American president as much as I tried to reach Erika, I would have succeeded. Erika, managing a hotel isn't just about coming in at the end of the day and getting the collection. I left you messages many times over the period of time and you didn't get back to me. As a customer who has stayed at your hotel three times before, I will not return to your hotel again because you are not a manager who does her job correctly and the low ratings of your hotel explains why. Miami Beach is a very competitive area, you are literally surrounded on your left and right with two hotels. You must've enormous guts not to respond your customer or you hate your boss. I don't know. As for the hotel, the location of the hotel is very nice. The rooms are not spacious and a bit suffocating as they are surrounded by tall buıldings on the sides. Not enough sunlight. Housekeeping comes every three days. Staff is meeeh. They don't really make you feel like there is an authority above them. They act like they are the owners and not responsible to report to their supervisor. Like I said, I had ignore all these negative aspects before for the location but I won't be going back to a place where I am not welcomed. Especially during these hard times you have to treat your customers as golden! I have stayed at this hotel three times before. Great location
This is a low key hotel. There is parking directly across the street. The staff was nice and it was quite in the hotel. The beach is right pass the pool. This is a really great location. Escape from the staying at home all year since COVID
Friendly staff. Cute lobby with a Miami Beach vibe. Clean room, blow dryer and bathroom amenities. king size bed. pool. Towels provided for beach or pool. Hotel is on the beach. DISGUSTING! DO NOT STAY HERE
My boyfriend and I booked this hotel for NYE. When we arrived, we immediately felt uncomfortable. Once we got up to our room, we were honestly appalled. Pubic hairs all over the bathroom, dirty bedding, fingerprints all over the TV, stains in the bath tub. The hallway floors are covered in stains. The overall vibe is one of a dirty hostel. We immediately booked a room at a different hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!! My boyfriend and I booked this hotel for NYE. When we arrived, we immediately felt uncomfortable.
