Great beach condo

We spent Thanksgiving Week here. Very nice resort. We were in the phase two building and had a three bedroom with an offset view of the Gulf. The phase one building was between us and the beach but we could easily see the beach from our screened porch. The kitchen was well supplied. We spent Thanksgiving Week here. Very nice resort. Dirty and outdated

This the third time I have used RCI as a DVC and I am saddened to report that all three units were dated, old and dirty. I would be ashamed of yourselves for what appears to intentionally booking only the oldest, dirty and most dated units! Great quality of unit...poor assistance from staff

No complaints about the room and the quality of the room...however, the staff did not offer any assistance at all while they watched me struggle with holding open (2) different set of doors while moving my valet luggage cart....incident happened both at check-in and check-out No complaints about the room and the quality of the room...however, the staff did not offer any assistance at all while they watched me struggle with holding open (2) different set of doors while moving my valet luggage cart....incident happened both at check-in and check-out

Holiday Beach Resort Phase 1

We traveled to HBR Sept. 25 - Oct 2, 2021 and had a wonderful time. Ernest was extremely helpful during our visit and he is always friendly. He ensured that our check in was efficient. Dana did an excellent job on Tuesday evening as she worked the concession while the band played. She always does a great job with the breakfast planning.
