Хороший отель

Отдыхали в этом отеле второй раз. Выбираем именно Bavaro, потому что очень нравится номерной фонд, расположенный не в больших «общежитиях», а в отдельно стоящих двухэтажных домиках всего на 8 номеров. Уютно. Большая красивая и ухоженная территория, везде чистота и порядок. Следующая поездка в доминикану- однозначно Grand Palladium Bavaro. Просто влюблены в этот отель❤️ Отдыхали в этом отеле второй раз. Grand Palladium Bavaro Suites Resort & Spa

Очень повезло с номером (Premium Junior Suite Garden View) - 1 этаж вместо балкона терраса с видом на сад, за которым виднелась синева океана. Таких номеров мало из-за расположения корпусов, в основном все окна номеров упираются видом в другие здания, только если ты не на первой линии с видом на море. Собственно, это очень сильно повлияло на качество отдыха. Сам номер больше романтический нежели для семьи из 3х человек, но нам понравилось. Он просторный, но уединится особо не где - и туалет и душ с полупрозрачными полудверями. В общем все слышно и видно другим членам семьи) Отдельное внимание на сантехнику. В этом номере привычный для европейцев тип унитазов, без этой доминиканской лужи на пол унитаза. Но, естественно, как только начинаешь пользоваться, все начинает ломаться и отваливаться. Обращение на ресепшн помогает - чинят. Очень повезло и с убирающей девушкой - нашли общий язык, убиралась хорошо. Через неделю ее поменяли - убиралась в соседнем корпусе. Видимо, такая практика. Новая убиралась так себе - никакие чаевые не помогли. Еда хорошая, выбор большой. Любителям мяса обязательно попробовать стейк из говядины на гриле. Овощи и зелень, конечно, так себе, но есть можно. Лучше пробовать что-то местное: кукурузу, например. Пляж убирают от водорослей каждый день. Волны были всегда. Но за ними на океан и приезжаешь. Лежаков много, но которых в тени мало. wi-fi работает и в номере и на территории, но как-то по-доминикански... то работает, то не очень Из больших плюсов - огромная зеленая территория, вся в садах. За 10 дней обошли лишь ее малую часть. There are few such rooms because of the location of the buildings, basically all the windows of the rooms rest against the view of other buildings, only if you are not on the first line with a view of the sea. Actually, this greatly affected the quality of rest. The room itself is more romantic than for a family of 3 people, but we liked it. It is spacious, but there is not much privacy anywhere - both a toilet and a shower with translucent half doors. In general, everything is heard and seen by other family members) Special attention to plumbing. In this room, the usual type of toilet bowls for Europeans, without this Dominican puddle on the toilet floor. Стоит пересмотреть обслуживание.

Были в отеле несколько лет назад, все было превосходно. Но на настоящий момент стоит отметить ухудшение сервиса, особенно в зоне самообслуживания. Официанты редко обращают внимание, за время приёма пищи часто невозможно дождаться даже воды, не говоря уже о заказанных напитках. В целом - неплохо, но сервис необходимо отладить. Шикарный отдых за разумные деньги

Огромная красивая территория отеля давала чувство уединенности, не отель а ботанический сад. Кухня на любой вкус, шикарный океан (когда нет водорослей). Номера только немного староватые, но на это не надо обращать внимание, тк номер нужен только помыться и поспать. Прекрасное место для отдыха

Отличное соотношение цены и качества. Очень вкусная еда. Обслуживание порой медленное, периодически возникают сбои в подключении к интернету. Amazing family vacation

Enjoyed my vacation with my family. We did a few excursions and they were so much fun. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful when needed. At the pools were different activities throughout the day and those were fun as well. Enjoyed my vacation with my family. We did a few excursions and they were so much fun. Nice people

We booked the first 3 night at the Grand Palladium bavaro and then switched to Grand palladium Punta Cana. You can use all of the facilities within all of the properties under the ground Pallidium umbrella. Our room at the bavaro wasn’t nearly as nice as the room at the Punta Cana. We had problems with our water draining in our sink and our shower. Our outlets weren’t conducive to our chargers for our phones. But the people were amazing and the pool at the Bavaro was really entertaining and had fun and pleasant employees. We especially liked Luis. He is so energetic and fun. He ran into us several times and always remembered us. I gave them four stars because you can still use all of the other facilities it was just the room that we got wasn’t nearly as nice as the one at the Punta Cana. All in all you can’t go wrong with a Grand in Palladium. We didn’t even bother complaining about our Sink and shower not draining because we knew we were leaving and coming to a different room. All in all this is a great hotel and there’s always something you can find on the Buffay that you’d like even if you’re a picky eater. Not worth the price

TOO BIG. Hard to get around if you are elderly or handicapped. Room was old and smelled like mildew. Was not cleaned for two days. Phone didn't work in room. Check in took an hour and they couldn't find our reservation. I was overcharged at checkout. What was on reciept was different from what was on my bank statement. Watch out for that.
