В этот раз мы решили отправиться в отпуск в штат Халиско и остановились в GRAND MAYAN AT VIDANTA NUEVO VALLARTA. И по правде это был самый незабываемый отдых!!! Отель, территория, комнаты, их рестарестотаны просто превосходны! Ресторан SAMBA это вообще что-то невообразимое! Очень рекомендую! Отдельно хочется поблагодарить POOL CONCIERGE ANTONIO. Великолепный молодой человек, очень вежливый и во многих случаях был именно он кто нам помог разрешить наши сомнения относительно всего как там всё устроено. Уровень сервиса эксклюзивный! Очень рекомендую этот отель всем кто действительно хочет познакомиться с мексиканской культурой и особенно тем кто ценит хороший сервис и еду. Отличный курорт для семейного отдыха! Все для маленьких детей: бассейны, горки, фонтаны, ленивая река... отличные рестораны, игуаны, как в зоопарке. Много дорожек для прогулок, много зелени, цветов. Rodrigo of joys squad it's the best, the activities are the best, they are pretty fun and I won many prices, the hotel and their people are pretty nice always saying hi to you and their rooms are another level, one of the best hotels I stay so far. Another great stay - thanks Joy Squad

Another great family vacation at the Grand Mayan. Our 3rd trip here and we all have a great time. This time it was over Thanksgiving and weather was perfect. We particularly want to call out the Joy Squad at the Grand Mayan - Omar (in particular), Aaron, Leslie, Azul and the whole team. They keep the days fun with great music and games. Big thank you to the pool bartenders also - they are amazing. Can't wait to go back again next year. Another great family vacation at the Grand Mayan. Our 3rd trip here and we all have a great time. Beware of the sales presentation

When we arrived at this resort after checking in we sat down with someone we thought was going to tell us about the resort. This did not happen. It was a rep to schedule a presentation. We did go on the scheduled date and had a most difficult experience. After 3 hour presentation that was supposed to last an hour we were treated very rudely after saying no to buying into their program. The sales rep was nasty and the entire high pressure sales tactics was not pleasant. Avoid the presentation at all costs. Vidanta Joy

Absolutely love visiting this resort! We have been coming here for the last 5 years and cannot rave enough about it! We have been here as a couple and with our kids and they too love it. Vidanta joy is a group that have activities around the resort and they are great! In fact Luis was amazing today getting us involved in the games and so fun to work with!
