Отель прекасный, обслуживающий персонал внимательный и очень корректный. В городе Пуэрто Вальярто можно найти всё.Правда шоу в основном морские и экстремальные. Excellent view and friendly staff! So much fun at the pool with the Joy Squad, Marcos, Nadia, Agustin and Maria always put their best foot forward to ensure a great time! $450 US resort Fee

Enjoyed the resort. $450 resort fee was excessive for a 1 BR. Fee is used as a means to get you to attend their sales presentation which stretches out to an all day affair. Incentive is a food and beverage credit for the resort, which makes you stay on the resort to get your money back. You still must pay taxes and tips. 2 Weeks of Sun & Fun

We were very impressed with the protocol The Mayan has in place to keep everyone safe & healthy. The staff wore masks at all times and hand sanitizer was available everywhere. We have stayed here before and the cleaning has always been excellent. For the most part we hung around the pool during the day. We were always able to find a lounger. Service from the staff was excellent. As others have said there are a couple happy hours for drinks. We had a few lunches / drinks at the snack bar that were tasty. Our favourite was the guacamole & chips. Be sure to visit Elizabeth up at the Sunset Bar - She makes excellent drinks and always has good music on! Plus you’ll see amazing sunsets. Breakfasts were very good in Bakal. They make a great thin crust pizza. On our last day we tried the tortilla soup for lunch Wish we had done that sooner as it was so good. We had a 1 bedroom suite - 6th floor overlooking the ocean and the Vamar next door. It was nice having all that room and a kitchenette. We did use the self-serve laundry which was super handy. The front desk staff and coincerage were all very nice to deal with. The guys out front were great. They will call you a taxi and let you know what the fare should be. They will let the driver know where you are going which is helpful as we don’t speak Spanish. We never saw the lobby bar open. We did not take the members update, but from what we heard you could get discounts on certain things if you did. Probably the hi-lite of our vacation was the fun times around the pool with the Joy Squad. BlackJack, Poker, Bingo, water aerobics, bocce ball….they always had something to keep you entertained during the day. Thank you Felix, Maria, Nadia, Augustin & Marco! Miss you guys. First time in Mexico

All the services were excellent. Nadia and Augustino made us a very nice surprise for our friends anniversary and birthday. All the Joy Squad (Nadia, Marco, Maria, Felix, Augustin) kept us busy and entertained all the time. They made our vacation unforgettable. Thank you! All the services were excellent.
