Хочу уже уехать отсюда

Проживание в этом отеле в стандартном номере с учетом налогов мне обошлось в сутки 500 долларов,ЕДА не входит! И я до сих пор не понимаю, за что? Номер- нас проживает трое,, полотенце, мыльные принадлежности в порядке. Уборка номера - убирают хорошо, но не понятно по какой временной схеме, один раз пришли с пляжа в 13.00 натолкнулись на уборку номера, сидели пол часа куковали , ждали. Через пару дней пришли в 15.00 опять только убирают! И мне до сих пор не понятно нас проживает трое, почему всегда два пакетика чая!!!! Always things to do.

Great place to stay with many activities to do. If you want to relax they have that option also. Room are very nice with some awsome beds to get a good night sleep after running all day. Awesome experience in this hotel !!!

I went for a business meeting but I feel like I was on vacation. It is an amazing place to visit for business or vacation. Employees treat me like a family specially Jacob our waiter and bartender. The resort

This is my first time and was one of the best time of my life I will recommend it to everyone who is planning on taking a trip.The people are very kind and friendly also helpful. The staff is friendly and very helpful people and the health step is very good.All the events was well planned out and if had to be changed it was done very quickly. Only Hotel

Rio Mar and Margaritville are the best hotels for handicap persons. They have 2 ramps for access the lobby with an automatic door that opens at least 6' before you get to it. Have low counters for check in -out; the shower has all the facilities including seat and free access; the room access and room space is very spacious; it's the only hotel that has a ramp into the pool to access it. It's highly recommended for handicaps. It's the only hotel that I can stay and use the pool. Rio Mar and Margaritville are the best hotels for handicap persons. Recommend and loved the garden room.

Excellent service. Property lay out allows for different kinds of experiences for different kinds of vacationers. Best of all, I liked that this company seems very patriotic in pandemic era, hiring adequate number of staff and making working conditions and pay so good most staff I talked to had been there more than a decade. No resort can be great without great workers and ones I talked to liked working there. Also- seems it would be a great place for a solo female traveller regarding safety issues. Excellent service.
