I expected more

The hotel was fully booked so we stayed in a flat in front of the hotel/club. We could have our meals at the hotel, but we had to cross the street to sleep, take a shower...the flat was ok. It could be cleaner, and there were no pans, spoons....there were so many people that it was hard to find a place to stay. I do believe that the number of people should be reduced. The food was ok. Fun but not luxurious

This hotel is being refurbished at present. We were first shown a pre refurbished room which was clean but we thought the hot water shower tap didn't work ( but actually only one tap works in the shower - the water comes out cold at first but then heats up) We were quickly offered a refurbished room by very friendly and helpful staff. The room was large with a double bed and 3 singles and clean. The glass didn't fit the entire window so the room was noisy - but I think the windows are being replaced as well. We were woken the first morning at 6 am by ladies chatting in the hot tub underneath our window. The pools are warm and clean but shallow- this is a place for sitting not swimming. All food and drinks are paid for using a card they give you on arrival which also lets you in and out of the complex. This works well as there is no need to carry money with you. The breakfast is fine and there are plenty of snacks for sale by the pool. It's the other guests who make this place such fun - everyone has a good time and is very friendly.
