Ужасно! Отвратительно!

Если кто-то уже отдыхал в этой сети отелей или других отелях Группа АМ Resorts, ни в коем случае не рекомендую останавливаться в этом отеле! Это единственный отель, в котором нет недостатков - плохо все! Гостей Preffered club не встречают и не регистрируют на отдельных стойках, как это положено! Номера Preffered club очень старые, мебель в них испорчена, некоторые розетки и выключатели не работают! Очень пахнет сыростью, а это 5 этаж. Полотенец не кладут. Если звонишь консьержу, трубку не берут! Нужно идти на ресепшн и просить там полотенца! Каждый день! Это невиданно! Еда тоже очень посредственная и простая! Рыбы и морепродуктов мы так и не увидели!.. в основном курица, говядина и салаты с майонезом. В заключение хочу сказать, что описание этого отеля на официальном сайте ни по одному из пунктов не соответствует действительности! Ощущение, что тебя нагло обманули и ты за это заплатил хорошую сумму денег! Мы неоднократно останавливались в отелях Secrets и Dreams и хорошо знаем о стандартах обслуживания в этих сетях. И очень надеялись провести незабываемый отпуск в Панаме в любимой сети отелей, но в итоге нам пришлось через 3 дня переехать в другой отель, потому что невозможно за достаточно высокую цену каждый день ходить и выпрашиваться себе полотенца, либо ещё что-то и ждать полдня. Отель Dreams Delight Playa Bonita - это позор и стыд всей сети AM Resorts!!! EXCELENT TIME

An excellent stay very well served by the hotel staff, very nice and cozy failities, it really was an unforgettable stay. The hotel staff works very hard to make you have a very good stay, with very nice treatment. Also it is a very interesting experience to feel between the sea and the jungle, you must be careful to use a good repellent because at certain hours there are insectas that are very annoyable but taking the case forecasts this can be exceeded. Being in the front of the sea and taking advantage of the pool is very pleasant but if eventualy tropical rains are added to this, it is avery nice and unforgetable experience. Do yourself a favor and upgrade to a Preferred Club reservation! The preferred pool bartender Zanches is without a doubt the best asset this property has to offer. Zanches is the hardest working, most friendly, and attentive employee I’ve encountered at not only any AMR resort I’ve stayed at but also any other resort I’ve been to. Disappointed in our Panama Experience

This is our sixth stay at an AMR Collection Resort, including five Secrets & one Breathless. This was by far the worst experience and the only vacation I was happy to leave and return home. Many of the other poor reviews are spot on, not just disgruntled vacationers. The food is lacking; the service is poor, the property is very outdated and not well kept up. On top of that, the weather was always rainy, which I realize is out of the resort's control. I would highly suggest that if you consider this resort, please look elsewhere! Relaxing Vacation

The hotel is great every room has an ocean view except for a few. The service was exceptional at the Preferred adults only pool. The bartender Sanchez is great, your drink is never empty for long. Sanchez ensures that your every need is met. We enjoyed our spa treatments as well. Preferred lounge is uncomfortably warm as air conditioning is minimal. Service and selection of beverages and snacks are great. The hotel is great every room has an ocean view except for a few. The service was exceptional at the Preferred adults only pool.
