Zoetry is the Best!

This was me and my wife's second Zoetry experience. We went the Punta Cana property in September and loved it so we made reservations at the Rolandi Isla Mujeres property for Thanksgiving. From the boat ride to the resort, the food, the drinks, the room, everything was perfect. A big shout out to Ulysees who served drinks at the pool. His hard work every day to keep food and drinks coming to the pool made our trip even better. This was me and my wife's second Zoetry experience. From the boat ride to the resort, the food, the drinks, the room, everything was perfect. A big shout out to Ulysees who served drinks at the pool. His hard work every day to keep food and drinks coming to the pool made our trip even better.

Small comfortable resort w excellent food

34 rooms. Three pools and a nice beach The thing that was the most stand out was the overwhelming quality of the food The presentation , the service , the garnishes ,the sauces , the food and drink are the highest we have ever had at a resort The other wonderful feature is the sunsets which means you get sunshine on your beach till sunset Many resorts the sun light is obstructed before sunset. Not here That’s what you are here for correct Being small means that if there is a loud group you cant get away too easy Also not a lot of room to walk around Nice gym. Nice spa helpful staff It was easy to get here. At this time no Covid test required. Getting thru Cancun airport was easy We got our Covid tests in our room to return to United States the night before our flight The yacht that brings you over and back from Cancun for zoetry guests only was a fun part of the trip 34 rooms. Excellent people and excellent service

We loved the service from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The people are simply amazing. Can't name everyone but just to mention a few: Christopher, life guard, had so much patience when teaching us how to paddle board and Luis was extremely helpful. Again, I wish I could remember everyone's name but they all make sure our stay was the best. Their operation is on point and everything runs smoothly. We were pampered, the property is beautiful, beach/water clear and warm, food is amazing, no hassles, fantastic team, truly a relaxing vacation! Thank you Zoetry Villa Rolandi team! Over all relaxing and nice

First the staff is excellent. The spa is great. Missing hydrotherapy but is a small hotel not much to do about that. Not so good: Fruity drinks terrible, a strawberry margarita Tasted like an artificial colorant with something else. Bar is unusable, super tiny like a closet size. Bedsheets need changing, several times when they were changed they had stains or holes constantly. The sofa had holes and sank on one side. Would prefer if the hotel were adults only. Over all food options for the one restaurant open every day are good but could be better. Very good: The views are beautiful, the room was pretty, the bathroom was nice. The location is very nice, quite secluded from touristy areas making it very relaxing. The beach is small but very nice. The fancy second restaurant is open only Friday - Sunday with a reservation, the food tasted very good and had an excellent presentation. Beautiful resort with amazing service!

We just returned from our 10 year anniversary trip and we stayed here. The resort is amazing from the service to the food. Cafe Rolandi has an amazing breakfast and dinner. During the daytime we traveled the island by golf cart ( which we rented through the resort ) and tried local establishments. The whole island is beautiful to get out and sight see. The staff here is amazing. Martin, the manager and Melena were most helpful and made our stay delightful. The staff always made sure we were taken care of when we did lay out by the pool or beach and made sure we had drinks. You do not need to take the ferry because the resort picks you up at their sister resort on the mainland by private boat so you go straight to zoetry. This is one place I would suggest anyone to visit and one place I will return to in the future. Thanks so much for the awesome vacation. Tyler H.
