Посетили данный отель в декабре,это было первоя поездка в доминикана от сервиса и самого отеля только положительные отзывы любые вопросы решают в течение нескольких минут,анимация на высшем уровне танцы постоянно,волейбол и другие развлечения были нам очень по душе аниматоры FRANK,SUPER MINI,COFE,самые лутьшие сотрудники,данного направления Посетили данный отель в декабре,это было первоя поездка в доминикана от сервиса и самого отеля только положительные отзывы любые вопросы решают в течение нескольких минут,анимация на высшем уровне танцы постоянно,волейбол и другие развлечения были нам очень по душе аниматоры FRANK,SUPER MINI,COFE,самые лутьшие сотрудники,данного направления

Супер отель и еда!

Отель отличный. Очень понравилась еда, куча морепродуктов! Наелись просто на год вперед ими. Плюс еще экскурсию брали от Доминикана Про, там еще и молекулярную кухню попробовали и увидели Доминикану за пределами отеля. Красивая страна. Гид познакомил со всеми обычаями и классными местами. В отеле тоже есть чем развлечься. Есть анимоторы, дискотеки. Обслуживание на высшем уровне. Тут и вайфай хорошо работает, он бесплатный. Обязательно приедем сюда еще. Пляж очень чистый! Отель отличный. Очень понравилась еда, куча морепродуктов! Наелись просто на год вперед ими. Лучший отель

Ни разу не писала отзывы, но здесь именно тот случай, когда захотелось поделиться. В данный момент мы находимся в этом отеле. В Доминикане второй раз. В октябре были в Bavaro beach, тоже не плохой отель, но этот превзошёл все ожидания. Брали xhale, заселили нас в номер на 2 эт, переночевали ночь и решили поменять номер. Не зная испанского и даже английского, с помощью яндекс переводчика и отельного гида Карины(coral), нам предложили шикарный вариант с видом на океан без доплат. Хочу сказать, что мы много путешествуем и встречаем разное отношение к русским, здесь же, весь персонал "еще" любят наших. На протяжении всего отпуска за нами закреплен батлер WILLY, который мгновенно решает любимые вопросы. Каждое утро желает доброго утра и присылает программку дня. Выложил сам лепестками роз надпись на кроватях, организовал шампанское с клубникой,в наш семейный праздник. Программа в отеле обширная, интересная. Пенные вечеринки, тематические шоу, все на высшем уровне.Аниматоры красавцы. Питание просто супер.нет таких деликатесов, которые бы здесь не присутствовали. Very clean, beautiful views. Staff is very friendly and excellent service Would highly recommend coming again! Great Trip and Excellent service. Exhale club was definitely worth it for us.

We were there Dec 2nd - Dec 6th. The weather was perfect and Breathless was amazing! We opted for the Exhale club experience and it did not disappoint. Our butler Luis was amazing. I highly recommend the butler service. Need to know anything ? Contact your butler. Need anything ? Contact your butler. Luis came through for us time and time again with beach hut reservations and dinner reservations . Whatever we needed Luis was there. You will need rhe whatsapp to stay in contact with your butler so download the app We were there Dec 2nd - Dec 6th. The weather was perfect and Breathless was amazing! Awesome Trip

The resort is absolutely wonderful! The food is great and the staff is amazing! The beach is gorgeous! And the E-team is wonderful! Always kept us entertained. We played beach volleyball everyday the e-team was great, especially Coffee, Super mini, Frank, papa Smurf, pikachu and baby face. The beach party was amazing as well. Fun-Filled Resorts that Offers a Well Rounded Experience

My wife and i visited this resort for a week in December 2021, looking for fun and relaxation. Overall, the experience was great and met, if not exceeded, our expectations on all fronts. Rather than providing a full lay-of-the-land review, want to just provide a few observations and shout outs to specific resort employees that made our stay exceptional. 1) Rating this a 4 star resort, not because of any necessarily bad experience/interaction, but because it's simply not a premium, top of the line 5-star resort. It is a great offering, with amazing staff, and a solid 4-star experience. 2) Part of the 4-star reasoning is the food. Others have noted, and we would agree, the food was fine/good, some restaurants certainly better (Italian and French were great), but others were bland/a bit lacking. We did not expect a 5-star culinary experience here, so in that sense the food met our expectations. 3) Communication was a bit lacking (if that's important to you). Definitely noted and heard some confusion from others on which restaurants they could attend (Xhale only versus all), COVID testing, payment for services, etc. It wasn't BAD, but overall staff awareness could be slightly improved. 4) Bar lines, especially at the pool, can be exhausting. There's very little order at the bars, and was sort of a free-for-all, which might be good if you're an inconsiderate drunk, but if you're patiently waiting, it may take 15-20 minutes to get some drinks during mid-day. 5) Note - that this is a party resort and there were definitely many nights where very drunk and loud people would be in the echoing hallways or slamming their doors, maybe bring some ear plugs, or just be drunk and passed out yourself to hopefully ignore this. 6) The spa services were very nice, including the complimentary hydro therapy! but a bit costly ($175 for 50 minute massage) 7) Lastly, we've been to these types of 'time share' resorts before and the salesmen that we interacted with here were the pushiest we've ever encountered, and very rude once we told them a definitive 'no' to buying at this time. **Since we were coming in as RCI members, one thing that i would strongly encourage if you're not a time share member is to pay-up for the Xhale services/access. There are very obvious benefits to being an Xhale guest (private pool, bar, restaurants, room area, day beds, etc.) that probably would have made our experience much worse off if we weren't. SHOUT OUT to the following resort staff that made our stay exceptional: Kelvin & Osmarlyn at Party Pool - friendliest and funniest duo at the pool bar. Helped make each day we were at the pool memorable. Would love to see these guys again in the future. Jose (VIP Concierge) - was there to help us with any reservation, question, anything that we needed to help make our stay better. Great guy!
