Absolute surprise!

Reading the reviews, we were put off a little but honestly, our stay was perfect from the beginning to end. The hotel is facing issues with spa temperatures but to be fair, they informed us before our arrival and gave us flexibility all over. We are so glad we did go. The staff members are so warm and welcoming, the food is amazing and so is the atmosphere of the hotel. It was a break much needed. Our room was clean and spacious. The hotel was busy but still the staff took care of every guest. We have not seen such a personal touch in any hotel recently that we felt here. The negative reviews don’t do justice to the place as technical issues can be faced by anyone at any given point of time. Thankyou so much Belstead brook team and keep up the amazing work! Tired, dated and dirty

Just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel. I can confirm that all the poor reviews are very true. The hotel is simply dirty and in disrepair. The spa / pool was freezing and to cold to use. No towels, warm water and a smelly steam room. Fixtures and fittings in the room were tired and worn. Would never ever stay here again. Just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel. Spa break

We came here for a spa break, I called up Friday to see if I could book appointments however it was fully booked the supervisor asked to take my number and said she would call if she had any cancellations, fair to say the next day she called me and were able to book us in for 4 treatments, this was a good point to me personally as it shew that she took the time to memorise our requests, whilst on the phone she informed us that there were some issues with the spa and she didn’t want us to have a negative experience so she was letting us know incase we wanted to change our mind, I didn’t catch her name but she was most helpful, the staff on the reception were also extremely welcoming they directed us to every location without any fuss, we did have lunch that arrived 35 minutes late but due to it being busy this was expected. Great experience

We came here on Sunday for a spa day, I have been speaking with a lady called Sharun who has been great through the past few weeks, with communication she wrote to inform us that some of the facilities were not up to standard due to faults but said she would offer us a discount if we came, which she did she was not there on arrival but came to introduce herself and make sure that the three of us were satisfied, lovely lady extremely well mannered and professional she made what could of been a very negative experience positive, staff at the restaurant were also lovely we had a beautiful sit down meal and were treated extremely well. Weekend

Our stay had a few hiccups but the lovely staff corrected it straight away .lovely garden room really enjoyed our weekend and have rebooked .
