What a disappointment

Terrible service from Tanglewood restaurant, constantly out of stock on drinks and food. Breakfast orders take forever, incompetent. Pools at units needs maintenance. Units were comfortabel and clean. Terrible service from Tanglewood restaurant, constantly out of stock on drinks and food. Breakfast orders take forever, incompetent. Day 1: NOT IMPRESSED

Day 1. We arrived very late 11:30p and there was a mix up with the room keys. Reception was no where to be found. We had to wait 15 minutes for our driver to locate someone then another 15 minutes for two men to open the spa to straighten out everyone’s keys. It was like they were not expecting us!!! Room had no face towels, 2 bath towels looked dirty. There’s a brown stain in tub. Shower floods very quickly. Water gets on floor, be very careful or else you will fall. Could not figure out how to turn on tv or work the safe. But of course you can’t call reception because no one is there. There’s no phone in the room. Hopefully day 2 will be better. Needs work!

When we checked in the room, we found the clothes of the previous occupant in the closet. There were stains on the bathroom wall, where the garbage is kept outside wasn't closed and it did not look neat and our neighbors were making noise. There was no reception numbers in the room and we had to call the head office to get their number. When we checked in the room, we found the clothes of the previous occupant in the closet. Will neer go Back

We stayed in Unit 29. Check in went fine . Was helped friendly Tv was not working. Please thank the team for repairing the tv before the Rugby started Loved the game of golf we played although our Golfcar had no brakes I was very disappointed when I entered our unit I made a list of all the maintenance that need to be done Main Bedroom:toilet seat loose Handrail in shower loose as well Bath plug leaking Kitchen: Microwave has a footrest missing Basin plug leaking. Did report they dit not bring a new one Fork missing did report they brought one Oven inside so dirty i did not want to bake my bread in it. The dust on top of the fridge was a lot. Braai : a Chain is missing The lapas roof need a good wash There was only one duvet and pillow for the children and I had to put it in the cover myself. We were 8 people this weekend All the blankets smelled like dust. When I wanted to climb in the bed it was dirty linen. I am sure the bed was only made and not washed. We slept on top of the beds wearing our tracksuits This was a weekend I planned 9 months ago with my daughter and her fiance's family to make wedding plans I really felt embarrassed.
