Отличное расположение, но старый номерной фонд

Отель находится в самом центре Чикаго, до основных достопримечательностей легко добраться пешком. Но номерной фонд очень старый, а сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Дополнительное одеяло нам принесли со второго раза спустя три часа. Без простыни/пододеяльника. В номере среди душевых принадлежностей не оказалось шампуня, который тоже пришлось долго ждать. И все обращения на отвали, абсолютное отсутствие клиентоориентированности. Три звезды только за расположение. Как бонус исторические интерьеры лобби с лайнера Нормандия. Конференция

Отель конечно исторической, в старом здании, но номера тоже старые. Большинство смотрит окнами друг в друга-приходится зашторивать, света белого не видно. Местоположение для меня под вопросом-от всего далеко. 2 доллара за хранение единицы багажа... кондер шумит умеренно, а вот свет в гардеробной трещал как сверчок! В первый день в номере не убирались. При этом знак не беспокоить сняла в 10, вернулась в 18-30, никто не убирал. Завтрак не пробовала, отзывы коллег плохие, поэтому я ела рядом, ибо в 400-900 метрах от отеля полно едален. Разочарован

Останавливался в отеле в марте 2017 года и остался полностью разочарован абсолютно всем в этом отеле. Ремонт и убранство номер следовало бы обновить лет 15-20 назад, все старое и обшарпанное. И это я останавливался на премиальных этажах, боюсь даже представить, что происходит на обычных. Кондиционер стучит и тарахтит. В номере ощущается сырость. Отель сконструирован таким образом, что большая часть номеров имеют вид на соседние номера, поэтому полюбоваться замечательным видом озера может и не удастся. Завтрак проходил также на премиальном этаже (или 18 или 22й не помню), выбор блюд удручающий, качество и вкус также не похвалишь. Обслуживание отсутствует. В безопасности себя в данном отеле не ощущаешь. Расположение также считаю не очень удачным, хотя это зависит от целей Вашего визита в город. Не рекомендую . Метро рядом.

Дорогой отель. Конечно, красиво оформлен холл, номера нормальные, жене понравилось. Минус в том, что завтраки не входят в стоимость и нет WI-FI. зато в номере два сан узла, удобно. Находится в центре города!

Для нс оказалось огромным плюсом расположение отеля, т.к мужу совсем в нем не понравилось.. Завтракали мы в ресторанчиках, они находятся буквально в двух шагах от отеля. А мне понравилось все, в номере чисто, ванные принадлежности в наличии, тихо, спокойно. Что еще нужно! Хороший отель! Overnight for next day hospital visit

We stay overnight at this hotel to visit U of C Hospital the next day. We come from the western suburbs, so staying at the hotel takes all the stress from the morning commute. The staff were amazing and the hotel was in great shape. Food options were limited, but hope that changes when Covid restrictions are eased in the near future. Only place to stay when in Chicago

Last visit was December 2019 but planning another trip this month after the holidays. Love this hotel. Location can’t be beat. Easy access to public transportation and able to walk just about anywhere. Love the breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean and spacious. Also enjoy the fitness center. There’s no other hotel I’d rather stay at when I visit Chicago. Last visit was December 2019 but planning another trip this month after the holidays. Love this hotel. Location can’t be beat. Easy access to public transportation and able to walk just about anywhere. Love the breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean and spacious. Also enjoy the fitness center. There’s no other hotel I’d rather stay at when I visit Chicago.

Second stay did not disappoint!

We had such an amazing Stay last summer, we booked here again to enjoy Chicago at Christmas time. Once again, we had the most amazing stay! The staff, I cannot say enough about the staff. I noted some special folks last time and will do it again. Mark, our doorman. We met him last time and we were hoping to see him and another doorman Rufus again. Rufus unfortunately was on vacation, but Mark was there. We were greeted with open arms/hugs and smiles. It felt like we were coming home. Caryn Garaygay, the front office coordinator helped us prior to our arrival, recommending restaurants and helping with requests. I was able to meet her in person on arrival and just wanted to hug her, but the handshake worked too. Mary was our waitress again at Kitty O'sheas and remembered us. Just amazing! And to top it off, Walt in the lobby gave me an offer I couldn't refuse to come back again and stay. Time to book another trip..... Staff whose names I didn't get were also amazing. There are always smiles to greet you and they help you with ANYTHING. I can't say enough about this beautiful hotel. Safe haven from Chicago war zone

After a journey from hell on the ‘Beirut’ metro I was thankful to be in the safety of the executive floor of this establishment. Still not feeling completely safe and in a rather irate mood I began the stay by shouting obscenities at PA. After I calmed down and after the PA had finished bringing my 15 piece matching set of Louis Vuitton luggage into the room, I sent the PA down to go and speak to the hotel’s security detail; he came back insisting I had nothing to worry about but I wasn’t convinced. He would have to monitor the passage way all night. With the PA now on patrol I had no one to unpack so he was summoned back. The toilet once again was very close to the door so to avoid another LA incident I made it very clear to the PA he would have to use the facilities down in the lobby. The PA carried out the turndown service and I was soon tucked in while watching my favourite liberal news anchor Tucker Carlson on the tv. The bed was comfortable and I slept well but the experience of the journey to the hotel was still very fresh in my mind. A beautiful hotel

I really loved this hotel. It’s beautiful. You should see the ball room. Amazing The room had 2 bathrooms which was a lifesaver. It had all the amenities and a very huge TV. The bed was comfortable. The only downside is that they don’t have Keurig coffeemaker in the rooms. I guess they want you to patronize the Starbucks in the lobby. There are a lot of elevators to access the rooms so you don’t have to wait a lot. There are sanitation stations everywhere and everyone was masked. We felt quite safe. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed but the pub was open and it served pretty good breakfast and dinner. What’s also nice about this hotel is that there are a lot of spaces where you can sit which is very convenient. You can’t beat the location. You can walk to the Art Institute, the Shedd Aquarium, the Natural Museum of History and the Millennium Park I really loved this hotel. It’s beautiful. You should see the ball room.
