Не скучно абсолютно

Это искусственная деревня. На территории 6 отелей. 2 отеля 3 звезды. 2 отеля 4 звезды. 1 отель премиум. 1 отель эконом вариант. В центре деревеньки есть мини пелоуриньо площадь. В таком же стиле. Церковь в центре и сцена для выступления местных певцов. Также, там есть рестораны, сувенирные магазины, салон красоты, тур агенство, прокат машин и другое. Самый весёлый отель на территории - Ала Терра. Там больше всего бассейнов, и развлечений. Самые тихие отели Ала Мар и Ала Сол. У Премиума сами номера лучше, бассейн с открытым видом на океан. Кушать везде одинаково. Еды дают много. В Ала Терре ещё и ночью открыт Шведский стол. В перерывах между обедами и ужинами - возле бассейна дают бесплатные закуски, напитки. Все включено до часу ночи. Алкоголь и бары работают до часу ночи. В местном "Пелоуриньо" - все платно. Очень красиво. Пляж большой, много мест где нет камней. Абсолютно безопасно. Что меня разразило, у торговцев на пляже - можно купить ВИЗА картой -)) цены как в Сальвадоре, кроме кокосов. Если деньги позволяют - рекомендую! Это искусственная деревня. Отличный отель клубного типа

Отель является одним из пяти отелей на территории курорта Costa do Sauipe. Расположение на первой линии у моря. Корпуса идут от суши к морю перпендикулярно. Все они соединены общей галлереей. Их 4. Самые лучшие комнаты находятся в корпусе 4 на верхних этажах. Из них открывается прекрасный вид на океан. Одни из них также выходят на интересный оазис, другие на бассейн. Немного шумно с этой стороны, но зато находишься в курсе всех развлечений, которые все время проводит команда аниматоров у бассейна. На ресепшн сотрудники разговаривают на английском, испанском и португальском языках. Весь персонал очень вежливый, положительно настроенный и внимательный ко всем вопросам и просьбам. Ресторан в отеле один главный Solinas и один для перекуса недалеко от пляжа Dunos. Питание в главном ресторане не только с очень большим выбором, но очень вкусное. Блюда есть на любой вкус и цвет. Есть также типичные блюда бразильской и байской кухонь. Напитки бесплатные и есть два бара на территории. Развлечения и спорт находятся не очень рядом( они общие для всех 5 отелей, составляющих курорт). Но качество представлений и спортивных развлечений, а также их количество гораздо выше и больше чем например в аналогичных отелях в Турции, Мексике или на Кубе. Можно ловить рыбу, кататься на тарзанке, на каное, учиться играть в теннис и все реально бесплатно ( включено в стоимость all inclusive). Есть шоу магов и вечера национальных песен и танцев. Между объектами ходит внутренний автобус минут через 20 и он бесплатный. Номера просторные и чистые. Мебель ухоженная и красивая. Уборка номеров до 2 раз в день. Бассейн идеально чистый и теплый. Удачное побережье в 2 минутах ходьбы. Можно идти на пляж прямо в купальнике. Всем рекомендую как окончательный пункт доя отдыха после путешествия по Бразилии. На балкон забегали обезьянки капуцины. A desejar

O nome é marcante COSTA DO SAUÍPE RESORT ALL INCLUSIVE, porém não estou feliz com alguns pontos desde minha chegada check in, abaixo vou pontuar: 1- quarto entregaram um quarto onde o banheiro estava com a descarga quebrada, vazando água e saboneteira quebrada, o próprio rapaz da manutenção pediu a troca mas que troca… demorou 2 horas e nada desci na recepção para pedir a troca… e pediram para eu voltar depois das 18hs… disse amigo não eh LUXO É necessidade meu quarto está com problemas.. e aí… para minha supresa não tinha reclamação no sistema… resumindo falta de controle total. 2- estou na Bahia e quero comer frutos do mar… estou a 2 dias tentando agendar um restaurante chamado de Benditos Frutos do mar que eh dentro do complexo e não dá… porque? Simples está fechado e só reabre segunda. E qual a opção da atendente? Repetiu a mesma coisa: “Portanto para agendar o Benditos Frutos que abre na segunda somente no domingo”(palavras da atendente). 3- banheiro do meu novo quarto estava sujo… e a culpa não foi do pessoal da limpeza e sim da manutenção que fez algo no forró de gesso sujou e não avisou para limparem… 4 - café da manhã… logística de entrada para sentar em uma mesa, aguardei ser chamado até aí coreto… demorou 3 minutos para entrar… e aí para supresa se do que esperamos colocam agente em Uma mesa suja e que ainda seria limpa… risos e aí cadê os talheres, guardanapos, xícaras? Levantei e fui buscar… NAO SÃO SÓ RECLAMAÇÕES… o time no geral eh top atenciosos… alegres O hotel precisa de manutenção nos corredores e quartos, porém a área verde é espetacular! Principalmente o time do restaurante comum para o hotel! Resumindo minha avaliação já fui em resorts mais baratos e mais qualidade que se preocupam com o bem estar só cliente, pois são eles que farão a melhor propaganda e hoje não me encaixo nesse perfil de indicar. Simple is closed and only reopens Monday. And what is the attendant's option? Repeated the same thing: “So to schedule the Benditos Frutos which opens on Mondays only on Sundays” (the attendant's words). 3- my new room's bathroom was dirty… and it wasn't the cleaning staff's fault, but the maintenance staff that did something to the plaster ceiling, it got dirty and didn't advise them to clean it… 4 - breakfast… entrance logistics to sit at a table, I waited to be called up there bandstand… took 3 minutes to enter… and then for surprise if what we expect they put an agent in A dirty table that would still be cleaned... laughs and then where are the cutlery, napkins, cups? I got up and went to get… IT'S NOT JUST COMPLAINTS… the team in general is very attentive… happy The hotel needs maintenance in the corridors and rooms, but the green area is spectacular! Mainly the team from the common restaurant to the hotel! Summarizing my assessment I've been to cheaper and more quality resorts that care about the well-being of the client only, as they are the ones who will make the best advertisement and today I don't fit this profile of recommending. The food isn't good, the quality of the service is poor, I paid for all inclusive but have a lot of the food that's is no "inclusive", in the end the price is to high to the quality of the resourt, maybe 1/4 of the actual price could make senses to this resourt. OLD, 5 blocks from the beach, false advertising, rude service, poor food, no elevator

Well, where to start on this overall mess. I´ve been to Iberostar Praia do Forte on 4 occasions, but this time I felt the need for a change so I ended up in this mess. First of all, ALA TERRA is FIVE (5) blocks from the beach, so false advertising all around, imagine walking 5 blocks with two young kids up and down everyday . food is mediocre at best, no choices, they serve the same food everyday on every meal. the elevator did not work on any of the 6 days of my stay, in high season. Hotel is old, staff is uninterested and quite rude, there are bees everywhere and timeshare vendors!!! why would anyone would want to go to this place? avoid. I visit here frequently .The ambience is good and the entertainment also very good. I choose this hotel because of the special location and the excellent food served at all their food outlets. Family Vacation Trip

Location is awesome, the sidewalk along the beach is one of the things that make this place so beatiful. A lot of fun at the pool and people usually really friendly. The bad part is the infrastructure, the rooms are not that maintained, we see doors not working, troubles on broken lifts, the floor with some broken parts and other points make the infrastructure of "Terra" complex a not-advised place to have a good family vacation. As side notes: this is not a place for vegans, there is almost no options. Location is awesome, the sidewalk along the beach is one of the things that make this place so beatiful.
