Excellent location

Although there is no mountain view, the location is great. The outdoor pool and hot tub were nice. We enjoyed the bunnies just outside our back door. Great Service!

We had an issue with an AirBnB from a neighbouring property and I was able to get a last minute booking after talking to the front desk worker (Brandon I think? worked Oct 1st evening and Oct 2nd morning) He was super helpful and found us a great room that worked for our family! He was even able to get us an early check in so our youngest didn't have to nap in the car. A+ service and he helped us out of quite a jam. It's a bit harsh of a review...but not really worth it

I didn't want to leave such a poor rating but I struggled to justify anything higher - there were too many negatives. First the positives: pool and hot tub looked inviting and the check in service was quick and efficient. The unit has all the necessary appliances including BBQ, fridge, microwave, etc. Now for the negatives: our one bedroom suite smelled somewhat musty. The view from our unit was of some trees and the road. Sad to not have a view in a beautifully situated city like Canmore with mountains all around! It's on the far end of town and there are lots of options closer (it was totally walkable but 15-20 minutes depending on where you are going). The room itself looked pretty dated. Needs a good sprucing up. There was a big gap on the wall where I think a painting should have been but was oddly blank. I think they have just packed in too many units into this condo area. Although check in service was efficient it was a bit hectic to find parking for the car to check in. Finally, it would be nice if they just added some finishing touches like giving each guess a free dishwasher tablet. Family vacation

Nice sized 2 bedroom unit. 2 bathrooms. Full kitchen. Large living area. Liked the twin beds in second room to allow flexibility for guests. Nice pool area. Walking distance to downtown Canmore with lots of dining options. Nice sized 2 bedroom unit. 2 bathrooms. Full kitchen. Large living area. Summer in Canmore

Usually stayed at the Wolf, so this unit in Cougar is smaller , and on the street side. Everything was good, except sheets are rather worn , and a duvet for summer is uncomfortable since there is no central aircon. There is a window AC but only in the living room area.
