просто высший пилотаж!

были делегацией на совещание комиссии. Вышел косяк с номерами, долго разбирались, но зато потом выкатили каждому по двухэтажному номеру по 4 человека в каждом. Сколько ездил по миру, но такого шика не было. В номере мог проживать целый табор, т.к. наверху еще кухня, зал, туалет, стиралка, сушилка, два балкона. Места - прорва. Еда в ресторане шведский стол, просто очень и очень вкусно. База одна местная, но каждый день что-то новенькое. По десертам - отдельная песня, хотелось расстрелять поваров по десертам, нельзя так вкусно готовить!!! Пляж свой 2 км, чистый, дикий. Вышел в 5 утра, 3 трупа черепах двух видов свежие нашел, 5 мертвых пингвинов. Прогулялся, вернулся. после завтрака всё уже убрали. В общем, про отель можно написать небольшой рассказ. Отель рекомендую, гулять и плавать, съездить на китовое сафари обязательно. Впечатление на всю жизнь! были делегацией на совещание комиссии. Покой и отдых

Замечательный отель. Территория огромная. Можно обойти пешком, но есть специальные автомобильчики для перемещений. Ощущение уюта. Окно номера выходило на сад+океан. Запахи - субтропические. Пение птиц. Ресторанов очень много. VIP-включено позволяло делать предварительны заказы в ресторанах не общего пользования. Запомнилась буйволятина с аргентинским вином. Официант знал несколько слов по русски. Приятный человек. Интересно, что за соседним столиком сидели бразильцы и один из них, когда поднимал тост, говорил по-русски (с акцентом): "За здоровье!" Больше никого не было. По территории разбросаны бассейны. У океана - основной комплекс бассейнов. Рядом с международным корпусом - бассейн с прозрачной стенкой. Там и фотографируйтесь. Теннисный стадион и несколько кортов - рядом с выставочным комплексом. До поля гольфа мы не дошли. Да, еще, есть сауна и хамам. Но совсем в них холодно. Даже европейские бани - жарче. Great resort for family or couples.

A lot of activities . Excellent for kids, the monitors are very friendly and really take care of children’s. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is excellent and there are food available during all day until 2 am. The Barman are so funny, the beach and the pools are clean. If you like sports like tenis, soccer, volleyball you can practice there. I strongly recommended the all inclusive reservation. A lot of activities . Fantastic property, great location and awesome experience

Resort has interesting structure with villas spread through the territory and all public areas are located close to the beach . I had a room with fantastic location facing to the " jungle" with large balcony, it was very quiet except early morning when dozens of birds were "celebrating " sunrise :-) Food was outstanding with huge variety of choices and great quality , i have never eat so many oysters (!) in my life ! Another good thing was sport complex as well hiking activities all around. One thing was challenging - almost nobody speaks english and i was excluded from all evening activities and other actions . Exorbitant expensive with services and product not matching it’s price

When checking-in reservations staff tried to overcharge us for the changes we have done in our reservations. One of the rooms had a very bad smell (mix of mold and new paint). The other room had the tv not working and it took half of my stay to get someone to the room to unlock the safe from the past guest for us to use it. The spa is below the standards one would hope to see in a property at this price range. The management needs to urgently reconsider the price vs product. A Great value for all-inclusive food, quality rooms, and beaches!

I am confused about the negative reviews here?! My family had a wonderful time at this resort! Upon arrival, the receptionists knew that I did not speak Portuguese, so they brought an English speaking gentlemen to assist in check-in. It was a typical all-inclusive deal - three main meals with certain beverages being excluded. We also made reservations at the Italian and Japanese restaurants; both were fantastic! Overall, the food selection was great for us as we are pescatarians, and there was a lot of fish and vegetarian options along with the other meats. There are bars that offer food outside of the three main meals also. The rooms were smaller than American hotels, but I expect that when traveling internationally. The room was clean and modern; we stayed in Villa 12 so we were a little far from the main pools and beach. We LOVED that because it is really loud during the day closer to that area. There is 24-hour shuttle service, but honestly, it is not that far to walk to the main areas. There were two smaller pools near our villa also. The Santinho beach is beautiful and right next to the resort, and the beach workers will provide chairs and umbrellas for you. During the time, we were there the water was pretty tough for general swimming, but just down the beach there is a public portion where swimming is better. Also, there are vendors that sell all sorts of items, but they are not pushy or rude at all. I didn’t use the kids’ club, but we saw lots of fun activities happening all over the resort with various groups of children. I believe that kids under a certain age stay free also if that is important. Also, I speak decent Spanish so navigating the facilities or shuttle service was a made easier because the languages are similar. This would be my only critique is that the activities are written in Portuguese, so it might be useful to have the communication boards also be in Spanish and English also. Nice staff and a not so good food

The resort is very big. It has a very good infrastructure despite being old. The room was clean and very comfortable (it had bedroom, bathroom and a small living room with a kitchen). The staff was very kind in every interaction I had with them. The only complaints were about the food, which was the standard for all inclusive hotels (lots of fried food and machine beverages), and the pools were usually too crowded. Also, as Florianópolis is not so hot as the northeast of Brazil, stay all day at the beach or at the pool may be not so good, so the hotel could improve its playground so kids could have something else to do. The resort is very big. It has a very good infrastructure despite being old. The room was clean and very comfortable (it had bedroom, bathroom and a small living room with a kitchen).
