Чудесный отель! Ни один год там останавливаемся!

Расположение отеля замечательное - 5 минут до моря и рядом с различными магазинчиками и ночной жизнью острова. Персонал приветливый. Большая ухоженная зелёная территория. Номера чистые, просторные. Большие бассейны. Мы жили в номере с выходом в бассейн. Переселились по приезду на месте. Сотрудники отеля любезно показали этот номер, куда после доплаты и переселились. В последующие годы поступали таким же образом, заселяясь в этот номер. В номере есть всё необходимое, персонал ежедневно менял туалетные принадлежности. При выходе в бассейн из номера есть персональный гидромассаж. Завтраки разнообразные, можно есть как в закрытом помещении, так и на открытом воздухе. Бассейн дезинфицируют каждый вечер. Номера тщательно убирают каждый день. Хотя отель и расположен практически в центре ночной жизни, но на территории не слышно шума улицы. Отдельно хочу отметить массажный салон. Очень понравилось как работает массажист-мужчина. Он точно определяет проблемную зону самостоятельно и мягко её прорабатывает. После его сеансов выходишь, как "новый рубль")))). Просто сказка

На самом деле в этом отеле был я и моя вторая половинка в ноябре 2011 г просто сейчас решил написать после повторного посещения тая, хотелось попасть в этот отель но увы после курса доллара или что там произошло не по карману каждому этот отель. И так про сам отель , номер у нас был 101 , как он назывался бунгало роум, это двух этажное здание с открытым большими балконами , номера хорошие, горячая всегда стабильно уборка то же на высоте, только разджражало действие сотрудников а имено после уборки номера они уходя отключили кондиционер. На территории то же все на высоте, пальмы , растительность все зеленое вокруг, два бассейна и джакузи, вода всегда чистая и теплая. Вообще расположение отеля хоть первая береговая на шумном патонге как не странно идеальная тишина и покой . Завтрак был включен, было много что предлагали на завтрак встречая у входа , это и свежий омлет который перед вами в ускоренном темпе приготовят это и выпечка свежая, фрукты, различные мясо, спагетти и т.д. Просто оооочень хороший отель , кто сомневается берите не пожалеете. хороший отель

Удачное расположение, вежливый персонал, хорошая кухня. В этот отель приезжаем уже в третий раз. Семья из четырех человек. Для семейного отдыха - рекомендуем. Очень зеленая территория, два огромных бассейна. В самом центре Патонга, рядом с улицей Бангла роуд, торговым центром и пляжем Патонг. Удачное расположение, вежливый персонал, хорошая кухня. В этот отель приезжаем уже в третий раз. Семья из четырех человек. Для семейного отдыха - рекомендуем. Очень зеленая территория, два огромных бассейна. Хорошо

Отель имеет прекрасное расположение перешел улицу море, все в шаговой доступности и Бангла роад и торговые центры недалеко, територия супер на улице шум и т.д. заходишь тихо, два выхода, парковка если взял авто или байк бесплатно, номерной фонд не самый новый но и не ужас. Рекомендую. Wonderful service and lovely hotel

We spent a week at the hotel. We weren’t many guests and often had the entire pool area to ourselves. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. When we found out our flight was quite late in the afternoon they allowed us to check-out late. The pool area is really nice and clean - so is the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was good with a wide selection. Mostly warm dishes, but also freshly cooked eggs in a variety of ways, pancakes, fresh fruit and so on. They even offered to cook you bacon. Big nestle coffee machine with multiple choices. The hotel is perfectly central within walking distance of the beach, Bangla road, shopping Center ect. The best food was found just outside the door with a nice, clean and quiet range of street food. We really enjoyed our time at the hotel and would recommend it to friends and family. good hotel

Lovely hotel centrally located

Lovely hotel with very courteous staff, bedrooms well layed out and the food is excellent. Extended our stay as the location was perfect for the beach and local watering holes, definitely be back in the future. A wonderful hotel with staff that go out of the way to make sure you know you are special. Very well situated with the most beautiful green spaces. Thara Patong Hotel

· Extremely noisy. Guests with small children swimming and making way too much noise until 10 30 pm. Guests spitting in the pool. Breakfast was disorganised and chaotic. Only Asian food available for breakfast No cutlery available- had to ask several times for spoons, milk for coffee etc · Check in was chaotic. Had to wait ages at reception after a long tiring flight.Was told our room would only be ready at 3:30 pm despite the fact that check in time advertised as 2 pm. Also had to pay a 2000 Baht deposit for security but there was no mini bar in the room so i do not understand why they required a deposit! They did eventually upgrade us to a " poolside room " after we complained about the room not being ready on time but due to other guests that were so noisy and ill mannered at the pool it was so unpleasant that we could not utilise our patio anyway! · Extremely noisy.
