Beware old rooms false advertisement Dishonest front desk people

I paid for a nice updated room which was advertised online. Once you get there they give you an old stinky room which isn't located on the beach. I didn't walk in I immediately went to the front desk and complained and called Hotels. com and made a complaint. After about a hour of me crying with all my family waiting to get into a suite. Hotels. com told me they had the room I originally booked available. The beach front room was nice after moving twice because they took me to another part of the hotel which was updated but it wasn't beach front. I complained again then i finally got the room I paid for. Beware they steal your money for a sh&t shack. I paid for a nice updated room which was advertised online. Not what it used to be.

We recently stayed in the St.Clair and are extremely disappointed in our stay. We’ve stayed here several times in the past when it was formally ESJ Towers and never had a poor experience. During our stay the guests across the hall were screaming, cursing and arguing every single morning we could hear into our room and had to call security. In addition the smell and use of marijuana is outrageous. We understand that medical use is legal in the island however, it shouldn’t be allowed inside the grounds in rooms. The smell has swept into our room several nights on the penthouse floor with all doors shut. Lastly, dress code should be enforced. We have seen several young women walking around in boxer briefs as pants or provocative or little clothing on. At this time we don’t see ourselves returning until changes are made. Wasn’t what I expected

First they didn’t give us the room advertised. The room they gave us was humid with bad smell, the parking was dripping water over the vehicles , there was trash in the floor on the Mezzanie in front of the elevator . We went to buy coffee in the lobby and they didn’t have milk . The kitchen in my room didn’t have a coffee maker. Air conditioning was good, the view from the room was excellent. The access to the beach was good and the beach was awesome. There was no Wifi !!!! First they didn’t give us the room advertised. i can’t even score this place

i stayed here with my grandkids and was a day/nightmare... overprice and old rooms they stink and need upgrades, they show you the new rooms on the website but when you get there it is not the same. beach is right there but closes early, pool too. drinks and appetizers overpriced and the parking garage is dark and not easy to park if you get there late you need to park on the street because you can’t find no open spots.. Towels are white(yellow) and old. bathroom ceiling was leaking from up room brown water coming down .DONT RENT HERE NOT EVEN AS A TIME SHARE. Needs Work

The staff is very nice and friendly. The beach is right there, though covered in sea weed at times. The rooms are nice size, but dated. Towels and other amenities are given to the Time Share visitors first and hotel guests get what is left over. No decent restaurant on site. I think it is a bit overpriced for what is offered.
