Отличный небольшой отельчик

Отдыхали семьей в этом отеле. Все очень понравилось. Номер был большой, спальня, гостиная с небольшой кухней, ванная и туалет раздельные. Очень стильный номер. Уборка супер!!! Чистота!!!! Персонал внимательный. Питания не было. Завтрак можно было отдельно заказать. Не стали. Дороговато. 25$ со взрослого , 12 $ с ребенка, без налогов. Шведский стол крошечный. Вообщем не понятна стоимость для такого завтрака. Отличный бассейн. Тоже очень чистый. Везде уборка. Выход на пляж. Пляж отличный. Лежаки бесплатно, а зонт платный 20$. Не понятно как можно на такой жаре не брать зонт.))) Не повезло с океаном, такого количества водорослей никогда не видела. Нигде я об этом не читала. Может быть действительно форс-мажор. Хорошая пляжная гостиница для отдыха компанией, парами, а также для семейного отдыха. Просторные, чистые номера. В пешей доступности к Ocean Drive, продуктовый и винный магазин. Очень хороший и приятный Отель. Находится совсем близко к пешеходной улицы Линкольн роад. Отель со своей огороженной территориею, выход на пляж по карточке. Номер у нас был на двух этажах (1-2) с террасой, рекомендую брать такой номер если едете в четвёртом. На первом этаже полноценная кухня, большой диван, большой холл, телевизор и выход на террасу. На втором этаже спальня, туалет, ванная и отдельно душевая кабина, плюс выход на балкон. В номерах очень чисто и уютно. Есть бассейн и свой пляж где вам положено два лежака с полотенцами. Есть ресторан. WiFi работает не стабильно, а на пляже совсем не работает. На ресепшн внимательный персонал. Очень хороший и приятный Отель. Находится совсем близко к пешеходной улицы Линкольн роад. Арт отель в Майами Бич

Немолодой но очень чистый отель в шаговой доступности от всех тусовочных мест Майами Бич Южный Пляж! В отеле много интересных арт обьектов.Номера просторные,чистые,отличная кровать и все необходимое для приготовления пищи.Свой выход на пляж, свои шезлонги беспл и зонтики платно:) Пляж великолепный, чистый! Вполне себе отель за эти деньги! Рекомендую! Немолодой но очень чистый отель в шаговой доступности от всех тусовочных мест Майами Бич Южный Пляж! Неплохой вариант на море

В этом году мой любимый Delano стал стоить совсем неадекватных денег и пришлось поискать отель подешевле. Sagamore оказался весьма неплох - большие номера, очень чисто, великолепные кровати, приличный пляж. Только ни в коем случае не ешьте в итальянском ресторане внизу. My husband and I came for my birthday and we absolutely loved the hotel. Nicole and Mikaela were amazing and were so helpful with how my room were decorated. I loved the art theme. Jessica at the beach/pool (she is a waitress) was AMAZING and the guy who rented our cabana (I forget his name but I hope the hotel recognizes him as well as the bartender at the pool. This is definitely our Miami hotel of choice and will be back to visit. My husband and I came for my birthday and we absolutely loved the hotel. Poor Cleaning Service and rude manager

Let me first say that I love the hotel. It’s a great location. We have a beautiful room, but I had a terrible experience with the cleaning crew. I had a bag full of special dietary packets for my diet that they threw away. I had it in a bag on the counter. Not near the trash but next to the refrigerator. Clearly this wasn’t trash as there were several food bars in the bag as well as unopened packages. First day they didn’t clean. We had enough towels in the room so we told the front desk that it was ok but we do want them to clean every day. Second day it was 4:00 and our room had not been cleaned. We no longer had clean towels so we asked them to bring us towels and come clean cause we had a pile of trash. They came fixed the beds and left the towels in a strange place. Also, my prescription glasses were misplaced. I found them at the bottom of my daughters travel bag. Third day I noticed the cleaning person in the room next door (same place I had seen her the previous day when our room got skipped). I asked her to come in to clean and I left to go to the pool for a bit. I went back to my room to get a dietary packet and the bag was GONE. I immediately went to the front desk and told them. The manager went iso the thrown out stuff and Apparently she said they looked for the bag in all the trash but told me It wasn’t in the trash and I must have misplaced the bag because they couldn’t find it. The manager actually accused me of misplacing an entire bag of my food. To put it where? Misplaced in my room? Nevertheless my day was ruined by not only the fact they threw away 3 days of packets I need for my diet, but that I was made to feel like somehow it was my fault. She said she is comping me for 2 days of resort fees, but this doesn’t make me feel better. The fact that she was extremely defensive is was what bothered me the most. Not until I continued to question her did she say that the cleaning person must have misplaced the bag. It leaves a very sour taste in my mouth from what otherwise other staff had been kind and courteous. I would recommend anyone staying here keep an eye on your stuff. Birthday Trip

I love Miami and always have a great time but this was the best experience ever!! I booked this trip for my Wife 45th birthday. We stayed 4 nights and I have absolutely no complaints for Sagamore. ALL of the staff was so nice and professional, they made sure your stay was great. The beach staff was just as great!! Mika and Jessica were awesome! They went beyond what was expected. By the way this was my wife 1st time in Miami and she has also fell in love. I’m definitely booking here again. I love Miami and always have a great time but this was the best experience ever!! Art and art deco gem on south beach!

They were constantly cleaning, so it was spotless. I was on the Penthouse (6th) floor with a balcony overlooking the garden and pool and with an unobstructed view of the ocean. Everyone who worked there was amazingly friendly and helpful. Sending a special shout out to Eden, Shai, and Emilio. And even more kudos to Marc Pendaries for helping our group! Negatives: no robes, a couple of lightbulbs were out. No restaurant since COVID. But dozens of great restaurants within a 3 minute walk. Positives: ART! The hotel has an amazing art collection inside and out and a gallery with pieces for sale. The lobby is comfy, cool, and artsy. The scale of the hotel is smaller, so you don’t feel anonymous. Also the pool has a gentle slope that enables you to walk in to cool your feet. There were a couple of kids who really enjoyed it! My room was spacious, with great views, super comfy bed and pillows, and big fluffy towels. Giant tub shower has a surprisingly non slip surface. Toilet separated by wall for a little privacy. Highly recommended. Enjoy your stay! They were constantly cleaning, so it was spotless. Perfect Day

I rented a poolside cabana for the day for myself and my adult children. I thought the price was a bargain, and the day far exceeded my expectations. Mikki took exceptional care of us, and was incredibly attentive, getting our lunch and drinks, and even surprising us at the pool's edge with complimentary shots! The pool was the perfect temperature and when the sun set and the air cooled, was heavenly! We went down to the beach which was clean and lovely and the attendant there immediately approached to ask if we wanted our lounge chairs. But the pool area was the family favorite. The drinks were great, the food prices reasonable, the wifi was fast. I felt incredibly relaxed almost immediately upon arriving. We had such a wonderful time that on our walk to the parking garage, we were talking about when we thought we could return! I think a day in a Sagamore cabana will be a new family tradition!
