Great Hotel, great location. Pool was fantastic and room was lovely.

All the staff and facilities were great. Room clean and spacious, verandah was huge overlooking the street the big one is room 108. Pool was warm and used it every day for laps and swimming with granddaughter. Gym looked awesome but didn't use it. All the staff and facilities were great. This hotel has the slight feel of an apartment complex. The reception is quite small and enclosed but the hotel rooms, which is where it matters, were incredible. The location is also very good. Really quiet but walking distance to everywhere. This hotel has the slight feel of an apartment complex. Great City location

A great location with great staff. The heating is fantastic for winter months. The rooftop pool had steam coming off it although we didn’t go in. Tram network is great in the area. Everything is easy to get to. A short walk to the Vic Market. A great location with great staff. The heating is fantastic for winter months. Taken multiple security bond more than what was stated. This business takes excess of 10 business days to refund security bond. Have escalated. Very poor response from business. Not up to scratch

This was my 5th stay here. I didn’t find the housekeeping to the usual standard. The room hasn’t been cleaned thoroughly from the previous guests, there were sunflower seeds under the couch, bed and tv unit so it hadn’t been thoroughly vacuumed and there was a shirt hanging in the closet. My sheets had dirty marks on them. I called reception and notified them about the shirt and the sheets. That day, after a long day exploring Melbourne, we got back to our room to find that only one bed had been made, the towels were still on the floor and the shirt with my note was still on the table.
