Большой, на этом плюсы заканчиваются

Отель большой, но какой-то не уютный. На входе один раз придрались к пакету из Oxxo, все покупать нужно у них в баре. Машину отдавали на паркинг было все ок, когда возвращали выяснилось, что колесо проколото. Пляж не близко, туда возит трансфер, но за определенную плату. В этом отеле все за определенную плату. Honeymoon Hotel

We had our honeymoon here in early September 2021 and are very pleased with the rooms, service and cuisine. We paid for the all inclusive which is insane value for what you can get, especially with the dinner and alcohol. The only shame was alcohol is not served after 6pm due to Covid... The hotel has 10 pools and a beach club. There are also two restaurants - Mizumi and Carnivore; a sushi and a steak house, both of which were five stars in service and taste. We want to thank Lucio and Evelyn for excellent wait service and making us feel comfortable. Pretty on the outside, horribly slow service on the inside

The service here was extremely slow. It took 2 days of calling for room service for them to finally send someone to replace my dead tv remote. I spent 40 minutes waiting to order room service. They often messed up the order. Not a 4 star resort!! The service here was extremely slow. It took 2 days of calling for room service for them to finally send someone to replace my dead tv remote. Well below of what should be

Opulent architecture but all cramped, general attitude of hotel and employees is all about money not service. If you need something (anything) they find a way to charge you…. Hotel maids seldom have all they need, therefore you will be allways missing a towel, bath carpet or something in your room. Ice machines do not work (did not found one that did…. And I looked!! Food looks good but lacks taste No cold water in room sink faucet, never fixed Etc. In general installations and service WELL BELOW of what is expected of this hotel category or room rate !!!
