I had booked fro May 2019, in Feb 2019. When I called 10 days before my booked date to enquire about transport they say that the resort is not functioing. With great mental stress and effoers I booked in Munnar. I was surprises by the cavalier replies I git from some people on phone. Crisis Management certainly needs a makeover. Club Mahindra- Kodaikkanal

That was our Anniversary month. We decided to go on a vacation. We booked our stay at Club Mahindra Kodaikkanal. Had a very warm welcome by the Staff on check-in. We were asked the purpose of our visit. When we told we were there to celebrate our anniversary, we were given a special wooden cottage with a direct scenic view from our room. The cottage was marvellous with breathtaking mountain view. Also the room was decorated beautifully on our anniversary when we arrived after Kodai city tour. We were very happy with the overall service. Would like to mention Mr. Manaswi Hegde who was very courteous and approachable throughout our stay. That was our Anniversary month. Awesome Place

Great quiet place to stay. Amazing scenary. Staff is quite helpful. Personal suggestions for sight seeing and shopping. Support staff is also very generous and quite helpful. We got the experience we were looking forward to when we booked the place. Exceeded expectations. Great quiet place to stay. Amazing scenary. Staff is quite helpful. Small yet a beautiful resort, friendly & very helpful staff, very very minimal amenities

We were there on the 22nd Feb to 24th Feb. Resort is located beautifully. The view from the Balcony n other resort area. Probably the best view' in the entire location... Food at the resort is very very good.. Both chef's great.. since the resort bis small.. very rarely do they open buffet ( breakfast buffet is available) but in a short span chef prepares tasty food. We traveled with my 20 months old baby n they provided baby food all times n trust me you child will like it.. n you can tell them as to how you want your baby food to be. Overall it's a very pleasant stay midst of trees n birds chirping.. rooms are big.. Please don't opt for online food package ( 3 meal ) that leads to lot of confusion. Special mention: 1. Emanuel- restaurant incharge- very polite and courteous. Very helpful. Always at your for any requirement from restaurant. 2. Chef's: great food n nice varieties. n quick too. 3. Senthil: resort Manager: always tries to help with his maximum available options. N manages the team n the guest well. Though we had some issues initially related to we pre booking the meal package online, he still ensured our comfort n followed his protocol's in best possible manner. 4. All the other staffs ( including the lady in the reception) were very helpful. 5. Mansawi Hegde- thanks for coordinating with us on our arrival. We were there on the 22nd Feb to 24th Feb. Excellent experience

This property is at best location. Out of 11 rooms 9 rooms are with valley view but two rooms will disappoint you.Food is very very good. My advise is book this property on breakfast+ dinner basis. The chef will make food to your choice. Staff is very polite and helpful. This property is at best location.
