Great place, great experience - Club Mahindra Udaipur

We checked in to Club Mahindra Udapiur on our recent family trip to Rajasthan and stayed there for one night only. We did online check-in. On request interconnected rooms were arranged without any hassel as we had booked two rooms. The property is quite good, as per Club Mahindra standards, with good number of rooms. However, there was some extension work going on at the resort, but it was not disturbing to any of the existing guests. Restaurant is huge with good quality food also. Ms Roma not only helped in pre-check formalities but also with meals selection in the restaurant. Mr Anando also extended help in selection of the desired rooms. The rooms are good in size, neat and clean and the in-room facilities were also good. Though we wanted one more day in the resort, but the resort was fully booked, si we could stay only for a night. Club Mahindra Udaipur- Great place, could be greater!

We checked in to Club Mahindra Udapiur on our recent trip to Rajasthan and stayed here for three nights. We checked in on a rainy day, and the check in procedure was smooth. The room selection was a bit tough one for us, but the staff patiently showed us all the options and helped us make up our mind. The property is quite good, as per Club Mahindra standards, with good number of rooms. However, there is some extension/expansion going on at the resort, which of course while going on, takes out the beauty of the resort. But I must say it is not disturbing to any of the existing guests. With Udaipur facing unexpected unseasonal heavy rains, there was a water on the floors everywhere, which could have been slippery, but the staff ensured regular cleaning. Restaurant is huge with good quality of food as well, Roshan helped us with the restaurant. Coming to the rooms, they are good in size, neat and clean and all in-room facilities are up to the mark. Over the years, they do have a worn out look. However, go for the rooms which face the garden on the front and pool on the back side, looks to be the best. The Happy Hub in this property is quite small with limited activities , could be a lot better. The most disappointing experience at this resort for us was that originally we planned to stay for three nights here, but when we tried to book four months in advance, being CM members, we got for only 2 nights, denied for the third night as the whole resort was booked apparently for a wedding. Denying room to members is something that is extremely disappointing and certainly not expected from a reputed organization like CM. Due to this, we had to book for one night at another property , not only spending additional money but also time and efforts in the shifting. Overall, a good property to stay in Udaipur, though you have of lots of options to explore in Udaipur, you might not get disappointed staying here. Stay at resort was enjoyable, staff was helpful. Location of this resort is reachable. Food made by Chef Aditya Narayan was very delicious,his nature was very nice nd hospitality was Gud nd recommendable... Stay at resort was enjoyable, staff was helpful. We had lot of fun and a great time here. The food was amazing and the rooms were also super comfortable. The staff was also very supportive and helpful. Our Diwali Vacation Trip

We had an awesome trip here, the hospitality and the staff are extremely friendly, kudos to chef Aditya, we had some outstanding food, thoroughly enjoyed the raasthani delicacies, Prantik was equally helpful.. not to forget the happyclub team!! Thanks Club Mahindra for such lovely memories always..
