A Very Average Experience

The hotel is average at best and we would choose a different property next time. Our biggest issue was some noise in the morning due to construction that was right outside our door (I just wish I could post the recording of it so people could hear how loud it was). Housekeeping was also lacking. While the room was cleaned well, for some reason we were never given more than two towels, although there were three of us. Requests for additional towels - as well as some other items - took hours to be delivered if they arrived at all. Positives: - Friendly staff - especially at the pool - Pool Entertainment team - Beautiful property - The Coco Café (food and staff) are great - Great breakfast buffet Negatives: - Food at the restaurants (except noted above) was only okay. - Once pool towels were all taken, it took several hours for them to be replenished - The nightly entertainment was interesting but not at the level of other resorts - Requests to housekeeping took several hours, if delivered at all The hotel is average at best and we would choose a different property next time. Dreams Los Cabos

My husband and I have had a blast so far! All the hotel staff are simply amazing. Dennis Teran of Bordeaux Restaurant has been a superb server. He’s shown us his mind-blowing skills when he’s made us his Irish coffee and ice cream flavored with strawberries after some reduction process done right in front of us. Magnifico! Better Places To Go...

The Pros... Nice facility, great views, great pools, friendly staff, clean propert and the staff was masked at all times. I felt safe there. The Cons... Food is just not good. Especially the Italian. I was served more than a few cold dishes and had to send back things only to get them back still cold. Taste not there and portions small. The beach is pretty but you can't swim there. If you try, they come out with a waiver to sign. No lifeguards. Some of the staff does not speak English real well. They call themselves Golf resort but there is no Golf there. There are nice courses you can take a taxi to. The golf nearby costs a fortune. Dreams was not my cup of tea. The Pros... Family time and Wedding

Great place for a family. Our favorites at the resort were Sabina Garcia, the pool captain, entertainment at the pool by Marcos, Umberto, and Ricardo, our favorite bartender, Omar, and our pool waiter, Daniel. They knew us by name and took great care of us! The food at the wedding was like nothing I’ve ever had! So delicious. Great place for a family. Super Fun for Family or Friend Trips, Great Hospitality

The staff were absolutely wonderful, specifically the entertainment group down at the pool each day. They were friendly, enthusiastic and made each afternoon super enjoyable. Lalo was awesome and ran a variety of different activities each day. He was super friendly and made an effort to get to know the guests, creating a friendly and comfortable dynamic. Would recommend this resort for families or a group trip with friends. The staff were absolutely wonderful, specifically the entertainment group down at the pool each day.
