Waste of money & time
We checked in today at 1:30 on resort first half hour they wasted at reception for formality and after that they giving a wrong rooms 3 times every time after unpacking they said we give you a wrong room by mistake please change the room and the duty manager Neeraj talked very rude and his attitude is like he is the owner of resort. I personally recommend that not to book ananta resort and mr. Narendra Rana is very helpful if any one have problem in resort meet him. We today stay on room no. 735 first they give 727 &728 the view of this room is very poor and then they gave us twin beds for couple. Waste of a holiday
1) Faulty Reservation System - One staff offers special Winter Package and the other promptly closes the deal at higher rates. 2) We travelled with Seniors first time during Pandemic so ensured there are no weddings at the property. We were wrongly informed. There were weddings back to back with unbearable music all over the resort. 3) We had requested for an early check in. We reached at 1 a.m and even then the rooms were handed to us extremely dirty with used linen . We had to wait on the ledge outside the cottages till 5 pm before we could settle down. 4) We booked the Spa for 10:15 am ( first slot) . The minute it started - there were noises of cylinders rolling, dragging of tables and clattering of utensils!! They were gearing up for a party on the terrace !! and we were not warned about this. One could not even hear the music being played, leave alone enjoy the SPA. 5)No one at the Hospitality ( well, they dont know the term hospitality) desk was helpful . Worst check-in experience ever INTERNATIONAL AVOID
It's the worst check-in experience I have ever had. The manager made up his own rules about COVID and required a 72hours pcr test and not accepting vaccination certificate and this rule doesn't exist anywhere after 2 hours they sent us to a public hospitals to do the test which was a joke and took us more than 2 hours extra. The manager didn't make us feel welcome at all instead we felt like inconvenience to them! It's really sad to see people working in tourism treat tourists this way. It's the worst check-in experience I have ever had. Travel desk at Property
A Wonderful experience spoiled by Mr. Barinder ar travel desk at this property. The person cheated and behaved badly. We hired a cab and paid doubled. It was worst experience. Don't hire any cab for trips from the travel desk of this Property. Hire cab from outside. A Wonderful experience spoiled by Mr. Barinder ar travel desk at this property. Worst resort in which i have stayed in my entire life
1. Resort was fully booked due to weddings, so i understand the delay of alloting room at 3.40pm instead of 2.00pm. (Arrival time at resort 1.30pm). This delay was with almost every one standing at reception. It seems resort was understaffed and not equipped to handle 100% occupancy. 2. Reception staff was rude too, i think it was because of pressure, not their fault. 3. Loud music was being played on the back of the room (specially at post lunch and post dinner timings), because of which stay was very uncomfortable. 4. Resort is spread in acres, so you need hotel cab to go from once place to another all the time. This waste at least 15-20 mins of time for one way travel 5. Remember Sharp at 10.30am , Breakfast counters will get close, there is No grace time, so please have your breakfast on time. 6.
