My stay here was incredible but I’d like to give a special shout-out to all the kitchen and restaurant staff. Everyone was wonderful and always very helpful. Would not stay here again ... disappointing

I had previously stayed for several days at an NH Hotel in Bogota where everything was perfect. The experience in BAQ was disappointing. Problems began with check in. I had reserved a junior suite and when we arrived at 11:00 it was unavailable. Almost three hours later, at 1:45 I was told that the maid was almost done cleaning and it would just be a couple more minutes. I returned at 2:45 and was told it was still unavailable and would not be available until 3:00 (the official check in time). I finally got checked in about 2:55. The place appeared to be generally understaffed. The room safe didn't work. At first, it was the battery. I called and they sent someone to fix it. The battery was changed but the thing still didn't work so I was left to carry my wallet, money and passport through the streets of BAQ Windows were extremely dirty, interfering with what should have been a nice view. No water in the room and it cost 7,000 pesos to buy a small bottle from the front desk. In a hot climate like this, there should be at least a bottle of complimentary water in the room, but no. Convenient and friendly stay

It was a great experience for the price, convenient location, cleanliness and a most friendly staff. I would definitely come back again, and I will surely recommend this hotel to any family and friends that plan to visit the area in the future. Avoid this hotel - bad service , terrible wifi

This hotel used to be good. The staff has changed & it has gone downhill. Dirty windows. No working safety box. Terrible wifi. And I was mistreated by the staff. I wanted to upgrade to a junior suite (pay for it) & Pamela at the reception wouldn’t let me, even though they had 6 showing. Ayda the manager too wouldn’t do anything. Customer service is truly lacking in this hotel. I moved to Hotel El Prado. Way better service and amenities! This hotel used to be good. The staff has changed & it has gone downhill. Dirty windows. excellent hotel and very good location
